    It has been a disappointing experience with Dyson. Parts were falling off each time, bad design and poor quality parts. Brash was replaced twice and keep malfunctioning. Ignorant and very bad customer service. Perhaps it designed for a sterile apartments with no pets, definitely not heavy duty and especially if you have pets. Customer service, please don't reply to my review showing that you care on public asking to contact you, after I contacted you completely disregard and ignore all. If Dyson stands for quality it would honor it. Very disappointed!

    This Dyson Sucks! Not worth the money I have one carpet it won't even lift the hair off It! I use the hose and the Vacuum Tips over all the time! I feel so bad for my Family who spent the kind of money on this for me on my Birthday!!

    We had this one for less than one year and its already apitting out fur, getting clogged every five seconds ans overheating.

    I used this twice and the bracket that attached the unit to the carpet piece broke rendering it completely useless.
