Speaker quality was AWFUL, the battery is far worse than the previous version I had of this laptop. If plugged up and not taking meetings or maybe using a headset the device is fine. I am going to return and purchase something different. Disappointed Best Buy doesn't have knowledgeable people in the store anymore to assist. The folks that work there can only give details and extra information about graphics cards.
