My mom has been wanting this appliance for the longest and now that she has it we ALL love it. The dual basket makes it super easy to make multiple foods at once so no one has to wait long to cook. The food is always nicely done and cooked all the way through. Best airfryer I've had yet

This was an excellent purchase! Easy to use and plenty of space in the baskets. The fact that there are 2 different baskets that can also do different types of cooking at the same time. Make it a wonderful option when cooking sides. Definitely a purchase that I do not regret!

Wife raves about the cooker. She has the Ninja single zone cooker, so this is a game changer for her. You can cook twice as much but each zone has its own personal settings. And you don't have to use both at the same time.

My 4 or 5-year-old air fryer still works great but it's small. This was a great sale price and has a great capacity. I like that it has a temperature probe and love that it can sync up the timing of the cooking between the two baskets so they will finish at the same time. But it doesn't make anything as crispy as my old air fryer; everything still cooks very nicely though. Some good recipes to get started with (don't mind the spelling and grammar in a few spots). It is easy to use once you get past a possible slight intimidation factor of all the buttons and lights. It seems to us that these are just presets for time & temp anyway and they don't really alter the actual way the unit cooks, so it almost doesn't matter which one is selected if you're going to manually make time & temp adjustments anyway. What I am trying to say is that is is easier than it looks :)

So far, so good! We are enjoying the ease of our new air fryer and love the option of preparing two different food items at one time with the separate trays. Did a roast chicken yesterday that turned out excellent for my first try.

This is our first air fryer and we love it. We have especially enjoyed fish and veggies in the Ninja. Salmon, Halibut and Sea Bass fillets have all turned out perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside and flakey inside. Just delicious! Green beans, brussel sprouts and broccoli were delicious as well. It's just so easy to use and clean up is so simple. We highly recommended this air fryer!

I am of the opinion that any device where you have to read the owners manual to figure out how to use it is needlessly complicated. This one was intuitively obvious. And should I forget, they’ve got helpful decals on either side of the device to remind me how to use all of the complicated features. I love the fact that I can do two different items at the same time. I love even more that it can automatically start one early so that both finish at the same time! It’s a blessing that the two baskets are easy enough to just rent clean that I don’t have to use the papers that I did on all of the other air fryers that I have used. This one claims to do more than air frying, but I have not tested those features yet. I am so happy with what it already does, but I may or may not get to them.

Makes meal time cooking faster! I have 5 kids and when you need to reheat or cook multiple things the two baskets make it easier.

Best air fryer I have used. When cooking in only one basket the time for the food to finish is quicker and that takes getting use to the time difference when using both baskets vs. only basket one but it works great so far, no problems. Easy enough to clean. I was able to fit 3lbs of frozen chicken wings divided up into both baskets which is more than most air fryers. The baskets size for me is difficult to find a whole chicken to fit in but I think it may be where I live the chickens are just too big. If you want to cook a part of a dish for 1-4 people this will work great. If you want to cook every part of your meal for a family of 4, honestly, that will be difficult at once, unless you really watch portions than maybe. However, a family of 2 people this thing is amazing. It takes time getting use to using one basket vs two and getting the timing down for every food you cook but once you do, it cooks great, so easy and worth buying.

This thing is awesome! Cooks anything you can think of perfectly. Toast, nachos, meat, veggies.....Easy to use, stows away easily, easy to clean. Couldn't be happier.

My family has enjoyed owning our single basket air fryer, which was great for bringing frozen food to life with no oil and has saved us a lot of money from eating out. The Ninja offers those same great basic benefits with double the capacity and some very handy features to make the whole process easier. (((Pros))) 1. We have owned a few Ninja products and they have all been reliable, well designed, and well built. This dual air fryer is no exception: Everything fits together well and there is a storage compartment for the meat probe. It is very easy to clean: The baskets are non-stick and can just be rinsed with some soapy water and wiped out. The control panel is smooth and easy to wipe off. There are also built-in handholds in the case for easy carrying. 2. The controls are easy to use and understand. There are quick reference instructions on the sides of the case and a detailed instruction manual. The drawers are labeled on the handles and line up with the selector for that drawer. The meat probe is slotted so it can only be plugged in the correct way and there is a built-in notch for the cord in drawer 1. There is a pause button that lets you flip and resumes where you left off on both drawers to keep them in sync. (((Experience))) We loved the feature called Smart Finish where the air fryer can hold one side so that they both finish at exactly the same time. 1. We cooked our usual fish sticks and fries as a quick snack for the kids. This time the fries were done exactly at the same time as the fish sticks - no waiting. Everything was cooked perfectly. 2. Next we decided to use the small recipe book that is included to make something for the adults. We decided to try the chicken and Brussels sprouts that are shown right on the box. We used Smart Finish, but this time we used the meat probe to set a pre-set temperature for chicken and followed the instructions for timing on the Brussels sprouts. Everything came out great. The chicken had a nice crisp on the skin, was moist on the inside and the Brussels sprouts were done at the same time. Up next we are going to try Match Cook, which allows you to use one setting to control both baskets, to make different flavored wings at the same time. (((Things to Consider))) 1. The cord is only 33" long and you need to find a spot with a 15amp breaker without a lot of other appliances on it. We tripped our breaker the first time and had to move to another outlet (for some reason our fridge, island outlets and microwave are on the same circuit). 2. I think the size is great for the capacity it offers, and it actually stays pretty cool, but it is about 5" wider than our old single air fryer so you have to have some counter space.

Cooks well! I love how the meat I have been cooking comes out juicy and not dry. It is awesome having grow sides as well. Nothing has come out bad that I have cooked in it.

I LOVE this machine!! I cook with it at least 5-6x per week. This airfyer cooks things so quick! My old air fryer would take 10-12 min to cook chicken fries, this only takes 4 MINUTES!! The probe feature is a MUST! no more overcooked meats! My favorite thing to use the probe for is salmon, this cooks my salmon perfectly EVERY single time! I also love the time cook feature it was perfect when i cooked chicken and broccoli everything was done at the same time! I can’t wait to use the probe on this turkey breast i bought on the air fryer setting! You NEED this machine! The best part is EVERYTHING is crispy with no oil! Lastly, it’s super easy to clean! All moveable parts are dishwasher safe, but i don’t put it in there i just wash it by hand as it’s super EASY!

Convenient and very easy to clean. I have had several tabletop Air fryers, but this one is by far the most economical and quickest one yet. Having two baskets allows me to cook an entire meal at one time...I can Air fry in one and roast or bake in the other at the same time. Cleaning is a cinch. Just remove the tray in the basket and wash in hot soapy water. No woven wire basket to soak over night and nothing sticks to the sides either! This has really saved a lot of time for me. Another great feature is that i can store it in a cupboard when not in use, which really frees up space on my counter. I would definitely recommend this product to anytime looking for an easy to operate and clean portable air fryer!

This was a grrat upgrade to my single air fryer. Very easy to use and navigate. Very spacious and can hold a good amount. Eaay to clean, but good if you use foil or inserts for easy clean up. Fast and easy cooking.

I love this. I originally bought one for my daughter and had to have one fir myself. It has revolutionized my approach to mealtime. With liners it is so easy to use and keep clean. I prepare meals in small healthy portions. The house doesnt heat up. I dont waste oven space. I save time. There is much less wasted food. I love owning this!

Great size and easy to use. Unit doesn't get to hot but it is decently loud which might bother some.
