    Had a ninja before and loved it. Not a fan of this model. Disappointed. The water container although ambidextrous is awkward. The filter goes in 90 degrees compared to other coffee makers. The carafe is not as nice. Finally, I don’t love the 2 serving scoop and still use the on from my old maker. I hope it lasts a while so I can report some positive feedback.

    I had to exchange my older Ninja as it stopped working. That version was no longer available so I ended up with this one. It does have a small footprint, programmable, water temp, and removable reservoir, but the actual pouring of the coffee out of the pot is the clincher for my review. EVERY time the coffee spills out on to the counter. Totally different design for the lid of the pot on this newer one.

    Ya it makes cofee but every time you pour a cup it spills all over the counter

    I love this, it's easy to wash and put together. I drink a lot of coffee throughout the day. It looks nice; brews well and quickly. Highly recommended.

    Carafe stained after 10 days and will come clean. Called Ninja directly and was told it was normal. Staining after 10 days is normal?
