Definitely a learning curve if you are a beginner. The milk frother doesn’t work as well as we imagined. We hoped it would start functioning a bit better after a year of use but we were wrong.

Great Pulls!

Getting beautiful pulls with this machine once you get the hang of it. I recommend weighing your beans and then grinding them over using the automatic dosing. 18g(double shot) of beans into hopper,grind until its empty. You also are going to want to adjust the temp and how long it pulls. That way you can weigh your pull and stop when its 2 to 2.5x the weight of the beans. I also swapped the portofilter for an open bottom one. Do some research and practice and you will have perfect pulls everytime. Have saved so much money already by using this over a coffee shop. Highly recommended

Horrible machine

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.All I can say is do not buy this machine and if you do have another machine as back up because the support team stinks and it take another 2-3 weeks to get it back. First the machine would not get out of descale mode. Next the started making a horrible noise and you can not clean the grinder without taking the machine apart. NUMBER ONE REASON NOT TO BUY! Our fault in not checking that part out when buying. Plan on sending this machine in for repairs every 6 months. For $500.00 you should not have these kinds of problems!

Problems with on/off button

I sometimes have to hit it 5 or 6 times before it finally comes on.

Wow! A great express and Americano right out of th

I decided to splurge as I really wanted a high end Expresso / Americano maker with a built on grinder that allows one to define the grind size you want. This didn’t disappoint and by watching YouTube videos on it, I’ve learned it makes several different coffee types too! Just got to figure out how to use the frothed correctly and learn how to make designs with it too!

Great espresso every day!

The build quality is fantastic and I got it on super good sale for Black Friday! Following the starting instructions made it easy for me to know the best way to make espresso and now I have it every day. The built in grinder saves space from needing a separate one.
