I’ve been on the phone with customer service twice and no one can seem to fix it. It is stuck in descale mode. They keep telling me to continue to descale it….. I’ve descaled it at least 11 times now only to be told to continue to do so….. this machine has cost me more time than driving to get coffe and paying for it…. Which at this point feels like a better option instead of keeping this expensive paper weight.

Bought it brand new and it stopped working approx 3 months after I received it! I’ve cleaned it the correct way several time and it does not work!

We will see how it goes as time goes on, I do wish the pitcher for steam milk was bigger but it does the job.

We used the machine for about two weeks before it literally un alived itself. Something electrical went haywire. To top it all off De sucky has terrible customer service and has yet to even attempt to reslove the situation. Just stick to breville please.
