Was looking forward to using this product. I found the design flawed as it is easy to put your hand over the air intake - which isn’t good. It is also awkward to handle. It does dry hair quickly, with lots of static electricity left behind. Basically a very expensive dryer. Returned.

I have curly long hair that I blow out straight. I have a dyson and bought a rapid style gloss.I was so impressed with the rapid style I bought the flex . Honestly I gave up after 10 mins, When the first section of my hair STILL was not dry. I dried with the rapid style and went back to use the curling barrel . Also just meh. Bc my hair is mid back length I didnt expect a full curl but I could only get a good bend never a curl. Its going right back. My only complaint about the rapid style is that the plug is cheap - a product like this needs an anchor prong .

Maybe this is the best tool ever made, unfortunately I will have to wait for the unit I purchased from Shark. I ordered from Best Buy for my wife. It arrived fairly quick, she opened the mailer and immediately said something was wrong. The box was torn as if it had been previously wrapped as a gift, and was scotch taped shut. She proceeded to open the box to find it was stuffed in there, missing information cards and best of all, had someone else’s hair wrapped all in the rollers. I contacted Best Buy and was told they are out of stock, sorry, and I can return for a refund. I completely lost trust in Best Buy after this, do not feel as if anyone cares that they sent me a used item when I paid for a brand new product, not to mention how unhygienic it is to send someone a box of someone stranger’s hair. Disgusted doesn’t come close to describing how I feel about the entire situation.

Love it. Pretty easy to use once you follow instructions/how it works. Actually curls your hair (even mine which is long). Dry quickly and I have a lot of hair. Got a lot of volume.

I lile the dryer and volume tool … but it is not user friendly i havent been able to curl my hair it is very frustrating to pay so much for basically a drier brush that you can get for $40. I wanted to return but it was too late

I dont use it everyday, but after 1 year since i bought it, it stops while im using it!! Im disappointed,

My wife loves hers! she had originally looked at the dyson air wrap but after watching some tik toks and realizing that they do the same things it was an easy purchase!

I use this every time I wash my hair. I would say it dries my waist length thick hair in about 30-40 min. It depends on what tools you use. I try to dry my roots first as much as I can then use the oval brush to completely dry the rest of my hair. It leaves my hair looking so nice and smooth. I still use heat protectant/hair products when I use this btw. I gave it 4 stars because when I use the curlers it only takes bigger strands when I put it on the third air setting, and curling can get a bit difficult until you figure out how to use it right. Also, it feels kind of loose where it turns and when using the tools that brush out your hair. Probably just my product, but it’s not something that is affecting my hair drying process so I still think it’s a great product!

I loved that it incorporated so many pieces. When I got to using it, my hair kept getting tangled at the ends and I was using small grabs of hair. I did not enjoy the product and I returned it :(

It's just ok, not really worth the price tag. Doesn't hold a curl for long.

it’s really helpful but very difficult to learn how to use. not sure i would buy again

Did not work for my wife, she tried all of the different settings and her hair would not stay the way she fixed it.

While this product does do multiple things such as blow dry, straighten, and curl at a much lower temp than say a straightener.. it does not do a good enough job at it. The curls in our hear may have been too much of a task for this device as the curls would lose it's curl-ness about 30 min after being worked on. Perhaps it'd work on other people's hair but ours seemed to be too thick and long!

I thought it worked great once curled but did not last even an hour. Was kind of disappointed for the price I paid

This is a quiet blow dryer which I enjoy. The styling tools don’t work well with short fine hair. I’m hoping it’s going to last a long time because it’s very pricey!

My only problem is that the curls don’t stay and I feel it leaves my hair with frizz. But if you are just blow drying your hair , it really same you time.

I tried out the entire system on my mid-length, fine hair. I have a good amount of hair with a fine, 2B curl texture, and the blow dryer worked fine by itself. The attachments for curling was my main reason for purchase, and the curl results were disappointing. If you want a curl that will set and hold, this is not the product I would recommend. My hair will hold a curling iron curl for 2-3 days, this fell out within 10 mins. The curl was also more of a loose curl, and the system didn't seem worth the price point. As a non-influencer, this was my experience.

I tried this item for 2 weeks and actually returned it. My hair was not curling with the curler. I liked the brush attachment but did not feel that the price of this item warranted the one attachment.
