    This product does not work. Worked for 5 months and then gave out. DO NOT BUY THIS ESPECIALLY NOT FROM BEST BUY! I bought this as a birthday gift for myself. I am so disaappinted in Best Buy. Your welcome for the $300 donation.

    Honestly really disappointed. I have curly hair & was looking to upgrade from my Revlon one step dryer brush. Sadly, the Revlon does a better job. The Shark simply is unable to blow dry my hair to a smooth texture. Tried multiple times with different products, smaller sections, multiple passes, wet hair, damp hair, dry hair, everything. Always a puffy, textured blowout.
