Don’t waste your money

I replaced the brush roll, cleaned up the housing as advised by people with the same issue. Eventually, I called shark and they did video troubleshooting. They told me nothing can be done to fix it and they would offer me 30% discount towards a new vacuum which would actually cost me more than the original one since their shop is more expensive than other retailers. This is absurd given the price tag and that it only worked for less than a year and a half.

Like it but Unimpressed with mop

Not worth the money

It will go over an entire mess of crumbs and not pick up anything. When it comes to mopping, I’ve mapped out the carpeted zones as “no zones” and it’s still goes to that area and mops.

Stopped charging

I have only had it for a little over a month and it won't charge anymore. Cannot return to Best Buy as the return period ended. Very disappointing.

Meh, too much money for the problems you get.

Not mopping and when i send it out to vacuum it'll go out for a couple minutes and dock itself again. Tried fixing it myself but can't find anything that's worked. Ive called SHARK but they're not ready to be on the phone for 30 minutes and to be transfered around. Unfortunately can't return it but hope to fix it soon

Not dispensing water

We tried everything suggested to get it working again and it still not working properly.
