Great product good for removing pet hair I recommend this vacuum

Vacuum is lightweight but very powerful and feels well constructed. Seems to do well with pet hair.

I had the Shark Duo Vertex and loved it but this one??? WOW! Im extremely impressed with the upgrade. We have a lot of shedding in our house so a great vaccuum is a must. I highly recommend it.

Very versatile, lightweight, and easy to navigate.

Good in every respect. I object to and don’t use the odor neutralizer, so I don’t know if that is a problem. Plenty of power and especially like the attachment with a small roller like the main sweeper that I use for stairs.

Our old 10yr old shark finally died and we replaced it with the new Stratos and it’s very improved over the old one. The suction is awesome!

When the vacuum arrived I immediately assembled and got to vacuuming. Our house wasn't dirty, but I still wanted to try it out. After 2 minutes of run time, the vacuum shut down. I couldn't get it to start again, so I let it sit for an hour. An hour later it turned on again. I haven't had any problems since, but I am concerned about why a new vacuum overheated after 2 minutes of use. I sure hope this isn't a sign of later problems. Otherwise, seems to be a great vacuum. It does a great job of getting little crumbs and bigger pieces.

I had a Dyson for 10 years a decided to change it up a bit, really impressed, and at the same time disappointed, ya see about the same time I bought this one, a advertisement thru shark, offered the same vacuum plus the steam cleaner and one attachment , o well my loss, I did have a question about the the placement of the attachments it doesn’t show where they go during storage. Two spots 3 attachments hummm

Recently lost suction power, maybe 30-50% as an estimate. I regularly maintenance it, cleaning all the filters and replacing as necessary. There are no clogs or blocking debris. One day while using it I noticed that it was much quieter than usual and wasn’t picking up very much. Eventually replaced with another brand that includes a light to see whats on the floor and I was disgusted with the amount of pet hair and dust that was on the floor. It looked like it had not been cleaned in years and I vacuum every other day. After replacing this vacuum with another brand my allergies have started to settle significantly. I put too much faith in this vacuum and regret buying it.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this vacuum and I could not be happier. So far I love everything about my new Shark. My daughter and I have really long hair so I love the self-cleaning brush roll. I also love the attachment for pet hair on furniture, we have a cat so it was a huge selling point. I had a Dyson for 12 years prior but I'm happy I decided on the change to a shark.

Would have given this vacuum a 4.7 but didn't have that option. Has tons of pickup power and cleaned an unbelievable amount of hair out of the rugs. My complaints are that the hose is too short in order to clean high or out of reach places and it is bulky and difficult to move. But the power is amazing and I would probably buy it again!

Very much worth the money. Have a black lad and she sheds this vacuum picks up the fur with ease

Power switch on handle didn’t work so I ultimately returned this, but it was also heavy, extremely loud, and awkward.
