Great Sound Not So Great Mic

I have purchased both the black pair for myself and the white pair for my wife. Sound - 8.5/10 For what they are (earbuds) the sound is exceptionally good and punchy, because of the good UE drivers you get solid lows, mids and highs without it affecting one another. However if you are in the market for loudness they are a bit less loud overall than AirPods. (for reference) Mic - 6/10 The microphone is okay at best. It sounds as if I was talking through a phone that was made in 2008. It is deplorable at the price of these earbuds and ultimately disappointing. It is a boxy sound with an almost scratchy robotic tone. Comfort - 8.0/10 Sad to say they cause ear fatigue over time. It may just be the shape of my ear because my wife does not have this problem. Within the first hour or so of using they are exceptional I don’t even feel they are there. As time goes on this goes away and I start feeling soreness in my ear. I have tried all the sizes and nothing seems to help it’s worse with the other sizes, so I stuck with medium. (Might just be me) Case & Charging -9/10 The case is relatively solid. The case is made of a hard plastic with the inside of the top lid being a soft rubbery material. The charging on the case is usb type-C. Charging times for the buds are quick I will normally just pop them in and they’ll last my entire gaming session. Afterwards I simply put them in the case and the next time I get online they are ready to go at full charge. Connectivity & App - 10/10 In the box you receive a usb receiver and a usb type-c to normal usb adapter. The connectivity is perfect I normally just pop them in and I am instantly connected to whatever source I am using. The range is good I get approximately 40 feet of range before they start losing signal. The app and UI are simple much like all UE apps and gets the job done. Verdict If you are looking for a simple way to play with more adaptability and without the weight of headphones, then these buds might be for you. The Logitech G Fits can make normal gaming sessions seem more modernized with the bells and whistles but ultimately fall short in the microphone department.

These are so amazing I can use this product on any device I have in my house, my Bluetooth TV, my phone, my computer Bluetooth, my VR headset. The best part is as long as all the other devices are turned off. You don’t have to disconnect the Bluetooth you can just turn on one of the devices and it’ll automatically connect to it. So that means it has multiple channels on the headset. You can only be connected to one at a time but if all of the devices are on, all you do is tap the headset three times on one side and it’ll switch to the next device. Let’s not forget these headphones mold to the shape of the inside of your ear, so there’s no falling out of your ear and all of the sound is directed straight into your ear canal, so you never have to worry about bumping into something in your earbud come out, they also have three different sizes for the silicone that fit in your ear for the earbuds, large, regular and small so it’s a pretty universal set of earbuds I really like the customizable features. I would rate this product 10 out of 10, I rate the rechargeable battery 10 out of 10, I rate the range of the headphones 8 out of 10 and, I rate the universal ability of these headphones 10 out of 10! Thank you so much for the life changing product Best Buy. I really enjoy it. I use them absolutely every day!

I've had these since March (Now September) and these are absolutely the best headphones I've ever had. weightless so the top of my head doesn't feel pressure, easy to charge every night after little or all day of gaming. Also, sound quality is actually fantastic, including noise cancellation. I would also say that walking to other rooms and using the built in microphone also surprisingly works great, even when I leave my apartment but stay near it.

    Survived the washer and dryer!

I accidentally just ran these buds through the washer and dryer and are still working perfectly. For this alone, they deserve a positive review. Aside from that, the fit is perfect. They molding process when you first open them up is super easy and the app guides you through the whole thing. After that is done, they fit better than any other earbud I have ever tried, which was my main reason for buying these. They don't earn 5 stars for lack of noise canceling and because they're not the best sounding earbuds out there, but their fit and reliability make up for it. The ability to switch between bluetooth and connection over the provided dongle is really handy and they work great for low latency gaming. Can't recommend these enough!

Only glaring issue — and it's a pretty major one — is that the buds won't turn on if your case is dead, regardless of their own charge. Hardly an issue if you're only using them for gaming, but if you want to use them at work or something, the effective charge listed in the product details isn't accurate. If you remember to keep the case charged, it'll last long enough for a 12 hour shift, but forget to keep the case charged and you're screwed. Minor issues include the unintuitive touch controls (2 taps to pause, 1 tap to rewind/skip), the janky app for setting up the "Light form" tips (useless gimmick), and cheap build quality of the case. Pros include amazing sound quality (at least for wireless earbuds), lack of latency (in Lightspeed mode), and ease of swapping between Lightspeed and Bluetooth (3 taps on either earbud).

I wasnt able to find many reviews on the buds. But fitment is actually really good. Connection is a bit wonky being everything is through the phone. Switching from bluetooth to pc mode is a bit of a pain as you lose phone connection. EQ and all adjustments go through the phone app. Having the logitech software on the pc only allows for mic gain. Which doenst help the grainy mic sound. As well everyone complaining you sound like your in a long hallway when talking. But with every boomless mic. It always seems to be the issue. Besides that the buds have a prmium sound and feel. The noise canceling is a but lacking as you have the white noise effect that it doesnt seem to cancel out. Im on the fence about returning. For the fact I game mostly with friends who i talk to. But if you dont care for that they sound great and would be a solid choice for not having an over the ear headset.

I have been using these for about a month now and there are too many cons to outweigh the good. While the audio quality is stellar, they're comfortable, but that's just about where the good stops. I am constantly losing battery in one earbud faster than the other, the volume controls can go off just by talking or eating, and the G Hub integration leaves a lot to be desired. Here's to hoping for another iteration because in theory this would be my preferred audio device for gaming if there weren't so many annoying issues.

Had to return this. Was planning to use this at work instead of the company provided wired headphones. Aside from the comfort, the rest of the experience was painful; especially with my high expectations set for Logitech products. Connecting to my phone for setup was painful as they would not connect. Then when I managed to connect after numerous tries, It said the battery was too low to do the molding process. The molding process was fine, but then I got complaints from the mic. I also find it annoying that you cannot use these without the app. Logitech should make a plug and plus version without the molding feature.

Extremely comfortable, however very short battery life and constant loss of audio mid-game regardless of game being played. Even though it’s as simple throwing it back in the case to re-establish connection, it happens a little too frequently to be acceptable. I would avoid using for any competitive games.

    Great Audio - Poor Mic

Before purchasing these earbuds, I conducted extensive research and came across reviews mentioning the poor mic quality, which often resulted in distant-sounding audio. Keep this in mind as you read my review. Let's start with the pros. The sound quality of these earbuds is excellent, delivering an immersive audio experience. They also boast a stylish design that catches the eye. Setting them up and using them is a breeze, and the Logitech G HUB provides a user-friendly interface. One noteworthy feature is the Custom Molded Fit, which is both easy to set up and quite cool to experience. Now, onto the cons. As mentioned earlier, the mic quality is subpar. It tends to make your voice sound distant, which can be a drawback if you rely on the earbuds for communication. However, if your primary focus is on audio quality and you don't intend to use the built-in mic, these earbuds are a solid choice. Nonetheless, if you're seeking a pair of earbuds with both good audio and mic performance without relying on an external mic, it may be worth exploring other options. Overall, these earbuds are fantastic for audio purposes. They look sleek, provide impressive sound, and are easy to set up. Considering my awareness of the mic issues and my specific requirements, I give them a 5/5 rating. However, potential buyers should be cautious about the mic quality and consider their specific needs before making a purchase.

This product has been amazing after using it for an entire year. The best earbuds I’ve ever had for gaming. The battery life was outstanding when getting them, but I have noticed overtime that it has started to dwindle. It is expected but it has gotten to a point where I feel as though it is becoming an issue. Just wanted to give a heads up, overall a great product!

The fit is legit. Its actually surprisingly comfortable. However, just like other reviews, the mic quality is terrible. I thought this was it when it comes to having true wireless buds for work but no go. I use zoom and discord and the people I was working with said that I sounded far. Not the feedback that I wanted to hear for a $200+ buds. IF the mic quality gets updated then this is easy 5 stars for me. For the current mic quality, this is worth $150 IMO.

I bought these so I could use them on my computer, they are supposed to work both on a computer and a phone (via bluetooth) interchangeably, but when swiching to computer they disconnect after a few seconds and switch back to my phone every time making them essentially useless. On my phone they work fine but have the typical low quality audio of bluetooth. The gimmicky heat-to-fit thing is actually kind of neat, I have piercings in my ears that make a lot of earbuds uncomfortable or not work well but these formed around them and fit better than most.

Sadly, I had to return these earbuds due to it not molding correctly to the size of my ear hole. I had thought the ear tips would light up when in use but they do not. They were hurting my ears and the audio was not that great. No noise cancelling either which was a bummer when paying this much money for a product. Went with the Sony In zone instead. the Software for the Logitech fits was also a pain. It kept disconnecting and took me at least 3 hours to finally connect.
