The printer works excellently and fits perfectly into my workspace. The print quality is great, and it’s easy to use. However, I’m a bit confused about the cartridge subscription. My box mentioned 6 months of free ink, but now, my cartridges ran out and I don’t know how to activate it… Maybe someone from customer support can clarify this? Other than that, it’s a fantastic printer!

Recently my Epson printer went on a permanent stay-get-away lol. I was reading reviews and I am glad to say I DID NOT listen to what I read. I LOVE this HP printer. There are so many things to brag about. Let’s start with the price for starters. It is normally $84.99 and I was fortunate enough to purchase it at $49.99. With purchase you get 9 months of HP ink delivered to your door, when those 9 months are finished you will continue to receive the ink if you prefer at a discounted price, setting up the printer was as easy as 1-2-3, you will need to create a HP+ Account & download their App, if your printer can not fax you can mobile fax within the HP Smart App. I know Epson didn’t allow you to do that without having a fax number installed at your home so I feel being able to do that within HP’s App is amazing. I also purchased a 5-year Best Buy Geek Squad Protection Plan. If I purchased this HP printer anywhere else I wouldn’t of received that added benefit. If you are looking for a great printer at a great price definitely consider this one!!

The product was great, It is very lightweight and easily transferable. I love it because it does exactly what it is supposed to which is print and scan. As a college student, I wanted something that wasn’t too pricey yet efficient & I have been using it ever since. I am very happy with this purchase.

I love it. It goes to sleep when i dont wanna print. Im made an account with hp smart print with free trail up to 9 months for free ink and paper is one dollar extra. Its so light weight, you can hook up to your phone with wifi to print on your phone.

Very nice inexpensive printer. Easy to set-up and use. I've only used the scanner a couple of times but it appears to be excellent. I've only printed about 75 pages since purchased (2 months ago), and so far everything works perfectly. I like the small size of the printer. I put it in a clothes closet due to lack of space in my room.

The printer works great. It was very easy to setup and configure. The printing quality is very good as well. It performs great while scanning and copying. It comes with the user friendly mobile app which makes working with the printer ever so easy. Overall it’s a great value for money product.

Perfect size for a home office. It was super-easy to set-up. Excellent print quality, no smudges. I had a black printer before and much prefer this little white printer. Love the Instant Ink option! I no longer have to worry about ordering more ink!

Great printer for the value. The app is nice and its easy to use. While I haven't tried printing large volumes yet, its worked just fine whenever I need to print a few pages. The only thing that would be nice is faster printing but for the price I can't really complain.

The printer was very easy to install. The instructions were clear. I then installed the app on my phone and laptop. I bought it at a cheap price and was surprised of the quality of the device. I would recommend anyone to try it. I had it for a few months now and the performance has been the same since day 1. I am satisfied with my purchase.

This is an awesome printer. I am very happy with the quality. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it was a little difficult to figure out how to set up the 3 months free of HP Instant Ink program and finish the printer set-up. It could have been due to my Internet however as we live in a rural area and it's not the best service. Everything else is great and I am extremely happy with this printer. It's definitely worth the money, especially with the Instant Ink program!

It’s ok for the price. It prints well but does not to seem to print several jobs at a time but I guess that is why the cost was so low. Either way, I would purchase again.
