Generation 2 Crayon is great.

I have about 50 hours of use with it so far and have been using it all week. I love the little power switch, it is very tactile. The 3 LED indicators for battery charge are very bright. The pen goes into power saving mode after 2-3 minutes and when you pick it up the LEDs light up to show the battery status. It works excellent with my ipad mini 5. I chose this over the apple pencil because this will work with any iPad after 2018. So when the Mini 7 is released and i upgrade iPads this should work with it. Apple pencil Generation 1 doesn't work on new ipads. Needs Apple Gen 2 Pencil. USB C charging is great. it charges fast and lasts the 7 hours as advertised. The aluminum has a great texture. it is very good quality. The pen's overall shape works well with different finger grips while writing. It has a nice weight to it. It feels like a $70 piece of tech. The build is very nice. The pen is mostly one piece except the tip and the charge port area. The fitment is nice and the gaps around the pieces are uniform and well put together. Highly recommend.

Best alternative to the Apple Pencil

Connecting to the device is really easy and the simplicity of the crayon, make it hands-down, the best alternative to the Apple Pencil Pro or USB-C. In fact, I may like this even better if this were round instead of the carpenter pencil.

I love the design, its easy to hold for long period's of time and the battery life so far is great. For the price of $60.00 I think its worth it

This will just be used for basic drawing but works almost as good as the Apple brand pencil.
