    We love our Truebrew! It was the best gift we ever got. This drip machine grinds, of course - but it also adjusts for the PH of your water. I particularly like the 3oz size, set to the darkest brewing; it is close to Espresso! Love this machine.

    Good idea but a lot more work than k cup machine

    Good idea but a lot of things going on to make it work. Every 3/4 cups you need to dump the grounds, excess water and clean it out. Good for fresh grinding beans but pre ground coffee doesn’t seem to work well? If you are a fresh bean aficionado go for it, not so picky stick with your k cup machine.

    Not worth the price at all.

    Makes decent enough coffee but can’t get around two deal breakers. First, water will leak everywhere. It is a design flaw. Second, the machine shuts itself off after only a few minutes, adding to the leak problem. When the machine shuts off it runs water through the line thus filling the inner tray. Just bad design all around.

    Solid machine for the price

    It’s good for the price. Regular cleanup of coffee grounds is a bit more annoying than other models. If you have the money I’d go with Phillips 3200 espresso machine.

    Flawed defective grinder w 30 day expiration life

    After the 3rd replacement failed with the usual 2 month length of operation we are now waiting on a review to replace with a fourth machine. Making coffee in pre ground position after failed attempts to get other then almost nothing but brown water the water does not even hot. Do not buy this machine. The cash back warranty is only for 30 days. Delonghi suggested i take it back to the box store to get my refund. They stock it on the shelf n sell it, they do not manufacture it. Every time the grinder has quit working. Theres a serious design flaw with the grinder. Do not buy this machine. Works great the first 30 days n after that its a battle with customer service. Do not buy!!!

    Coffee Machine without Coffee Pot, Seriously

    Bad Machine, Even Worse Customer Service

    The worst coffee maker and company ever. Had the machine for 2 months and it died. Fought with customer service, sent it back for them to fix, they sent it back with a broken water tank. Then told us the tanks were out of stock and couldn't replace until February. Sent it back and waited four months for a replacement. We received that replacement in late January after so MANY calls and arguing with them. They refused to refund our money. Guess what died this morning (May!!) - literally turned off and smelled like mechanical burning and is completely dead. The "new" machine lasted less than four months. Won't let me post reviews on their website either.

    Waste of money. People who give it 5 stars most likely work for this manufacturer. Messy, once the water sensor goes out well hell there goes the whole coffee maker just throw it in trash can. Just garbage they put out to see who would buy it at this price.

    Never buy Delong and at least never by this model, it works 6 month then start to leaking everything every time. Called Delong warranty service, it can be only repaired by 15 days !!!! I need to ship it back to Delong and wait them to fix it for 15 days!!!! How could treat your customer in this way!!!
