    I vacuumed with my old vacuum then used this one, the basket was full of cat hair! I bought to use on hardwood floors and low pile area rugs, works well for this purpose. Has attachments I have not used yet but well soon on my couch. PLus, pieces all clicked into place not hard to put together.

    I bought this for my daughter she has a dog plus she has allergies she vacuum the carpet even though she had shampooed it before she moved into the apartment for months earlier it was amazing how much stuff came out of the carpet

    This is a very good vacuum for smaller homes. It works great on carpet and hardwood floors. This is my first Shark vacuum and I am happy with it. I gave it 4 stars because in the 21st century, wrapping up the cord on a vacuum seems a bit archaic. It should have the ability to press a button and retract the cord.

    We have owned six Shark vacuum cleaners and have never had an issue with one of them. We only retire them because we have multiple houses and new ones come out that we think we will like even better. They never disappoint.
