    It does a great job, we thought our older vacuum was doing a good job until we went behind it with this vacuum and it picked up a whole lot more.

    I really thought that Shark had come up with away to control the smell of the vacuum when you first turn it on. The “new technology” is nothing more than a deodorizer disc to place in the head of the vacuum. Nothing more than a toilet bowl ring in a urnal. Disappointed that this is considered “New Technology”.

    On carpet mode the vacuum gets caught depending on how long the carpet is. My rug is an inch amd a half long and the Vacuumgets caughton it amd i can'tclean it.
