Great laptop for the price. Don't expect amazing performance. Will get the job done and not much more. I bought this while waiting for another, more powerful computer.

I purchased this device from open box about a month and a half ago at first it was working just fine. Last week I started to notice the barrier outside the screen started to separate from the device every time I would open it close to the hinges on both lower corners of the screen (mind you all I did was open the laptop and close it when I was done using it as your supposed to do) it has progressively gotten worse. Last night the hinge , which is a plastic material, completely came off as I tried to open my laptop and I’ve been unable to reattach it, and with out that I am not able to close the laptop I have to keep it open leaned up against something for support, this is disappointing to say the least Hopefully I can get this resolved as soon as possible.

the laptop is very good for usage and it is handy. Can carry anywhere for work purposes. I will suggest my friends buy products in Best Buy for easy and flexible time for delivery.

The computers design and appearance is very attractive, however the running speed and processing is PAINFULLY slow. I continue to work through updates and hope that with a visit to the geek squad I can get it up and running. So disappointing, I would have returned it but didn’t realize the window is only 14 days from purchase rather than 30, so also sad to have lost that option.

The unit is extremely slow. Doesn't respond well at all. I'm more than a little disappointed with it.

Good computer if you're getting it for $200 & re-install Windows 11. This computer is FULL of bloatware otherwise.

I had a recent stroke that left me paralyzed and affected my vision. The keyboard has just the right size,visible keys.It is light, Big screen.Love it

Daughter likes the laptop as a replacement for school issued laptop, but says doesn't want to play well with Google. Uninstalled alot of the Microsoft bloatware. Great laptop though!

I really like this laptop and bought it for school. I don't have much downloaded on it yet but it does run a tad slow given that I just bought it. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.

This is your basic laptop, great for the internet and email. It runs Word and Excel just fine but slows down when multitasking between more than two programs. The screen is average.

This laptop is lightweight, durable and runs fast. I bought it for my son to have for schoolwork and he even plays games on it

I needed an affordable laptop for the most basic tasks and this is perfect. Nice monitor, not too big and not too small. No issues so far. Quite satisfied.

It's a pretty good laptop for the price I liked the fact that I was able to pick it up from the store and not have to pay the whole balance at once

Amazing computer once you switch it out of s mode. If you do not switch it out of S mode you will not be able to download anything but the process if very simple.

Good value. A little slow and the charging cord is too short..

The computer was purchased by someome I do not know using my phone number and tt details. They received services for free on the computer and after calling for over a year no one will take me seriously. Based on what I found out from the purchaser.. the employee used my info and she had no idea tt was not free. and that she was using someone else's subscription.

This laptop work well for my needs, it’s light in weight and the screen size is perfect considering my Vision issues! Love it!

Mediocre at best. I knew I wasn’t getting a top of the line computer but it’s slow and freezes up a lot.
