Yesterday my mom and I went to get this laptop for Christmas and I happily got a chance to check it out myself the moment I unboxed it. It is such an amazing laptop that I love wanting to use for working, creating, playing, and entertainment! Its silver design is attractive, and its speed is very awesome (especially given the specs (CPU and RAM)! Anything that I do from homework assignments to launching my favorite apps makes this laptop able to respond smoothly and instantly. In addition, its battery life is looking good, as long as I'm able to put it in sleep mode, but at least it could've been better if I use it as a smartphone. Its display is vivid, so whether I am watching YouTube videos or playing light games, the display is able to enhance it all. The sound quality on the speakers sounds nice, so whether I'm listening to Spotify music or podcasts, the sound will equally respond to it. Even though the speakers get wrapped up when placed on a flat surface, I'm still able to get used to the sound quality overall. The Wi-Fi looks pretty good as well so I'm able to use the Internet as speedily as I want. The graphics looks good as well, but as a casual gamer, I am totally aware that this laptop only has integrated graphics and not discrete so I will only rely on light games and not heavy ones. Also, the backlight keyboard is so cool that I'm able to work with it at night. Its beautiful touchscreen and 360 design are why I love this laptop so it's suitable for watching videos and movies, reading articles, and drawing with a stylus. The storage capacity is very nice way bigger than I noticed, so I can use this storage along with my external hard drive to download large files and make frequent file backups. But in terms of price, I realized that this laptop I purchased costs over $1000 which is quite an expensive value and a bit of a tough investment, but despite the price that high I am still safely happy with my purchased of this laptop without total stress. Overall, I am very satisfied and amazed with this small laptop with big features on them, and I would definitely recommend it to any student or tech-savvy enthusiast who wants to work, create, and play speedily.

Pros: not too big and not too small for classroom use, has enough storage space for everyday use especially if you’re using M360, processor is fast enough for what a student needs. Geek Squad warranty is decently priced. Cons: If you’re a engineering major, gaming or running serious graphics software this isn’t your laptop.

Had this for a few weeks now so I thought I'd write a review. I'm a longtime fan of HP laptops as the build quality and value for your money is very consistent. I saw this model on sale for $660 for open box so I snatched one up before it quickly returned to its normal price of $1079 a few days later. Overall, I'm very happy with this laptop. The build quality is solid. It's quick and snappy and exactly what I needed. I love how compact and lightweight it is which makes it easy to take around with me. And the battery life is decent and usually lasts me at least 4-5 hours with lots of video playing. Longer if it's just regular browsing and email. It's a nearly perfect laptop. So my only complaint is the speakers where I believe HP has missed the mark. I've owned a number of HP laptops in the past and typically they've had the B&O branded speakers placed right above the keyboard. However for some reason with this model they decided to place them on the bottom underneath the laptop. The problem with this is the audio has a tendency to get muffled, especially when placed flat on a desk. I assume this decision might have been due to a lack of space for internal components but I do hope HP eventually corrects this in the future and puts the speakers back on top near the keyboard. I typically use bluetooth earbuds though so this drawback doesn't really affect me much. And if it does start to really bother me then I'll probably just end up getting a bluetooth speaker for it. I do recommend HP's Care Pack extended warranties. They will add one or two years extra to your 1 year standard warranty and also give you coverage and peace of mind against accidental drops or spills or electrical surges. And the best part is if you get the "Risk Free" one and you don't end up using the warranty then you can get 100% of your money back at the end. Fantastic program that I get for all my family's HP laptops. Wait for them to go on sale though because HP regularly offers like 30-45% off the Care Packs. (try code "HPSA33") So, other than the small nitpick with the speakers I give this model a 10/10. Nice job on this one, HP. Well done.

Great laptop, easy to set up. Runs great.And,Being a HP fan from long time this laptop is very super cool and has a great configuration's.And,from last 4 months I bought 3 brand new HP ENVY x360 1tb SSD laptops for my brother,sister and me got a super cool deal with below 700$.The reason I bought 3 laptops is because the screen size is small and has a good screen and processor is working good and has a good battery capacity and overall I can say it has a great configurations.

Compact, love that it can fold into a tablet and touchscreen, the storage is perfect, fast, lightweight, and the color is elegant.

While downsizing screen size and weight, I upgraded my processing speed, RAM and storage type when I purchased this laptop. The screen is very clear and the two USB ports allow me to continue to use my USB peripherals. It also has a USB-C port for other peripherals when needed. Its speed is pretty good. It will also fold into a table and has a touch screen, neither of which have I needed yet but they are nice to have for those rare occasions when I do. The speakers are on the bottom which rather muffles sound and I suppose that was done so the fan could vent through the left side. This will only be a problem for me when I am using my laptop cooling stand and I have many corded and bluetooth earphones and headphones. I do miss my 10 key on my laptop but that is a small trade off for lighter and smaller for traveling. I don't seem to get the battery life that as advertised. But I have only partially tested it and as long as I can watch a couple of movies on the plane, I am OK with that. All in, I am pleased with my purchase.

Good product for a cheap, school-use laptop. It’s fast and easy to use. Relatively light weight. I use it strictly for work/ school and it gets the job done. Two issues I’ve had in the year since I’ve purchased it: 1. Screen broke after falling from about a foot off the ground on to tile… less than a week after purchase. Needless to say, BUY THE WARRANTY. I did not so it was very expensive to fix, even after finding someone local to do it (BestBuy will up charge you). After replacing it, the clips that hold the screen in didn’t do their job so the screen actually fell out of the laptop when I opened it one day (I didn’t know that could happen either). I took it back to the repair place and they refixed it and I haven’t had an issue since (fingers crossed). Needless to say, it’s a fragile laptop so be very careful when handling it. 2. More importantly, 11 months in to having this laptop the touchpad began to not align with the screen. I called HP support (the device came with a one year warranty) and they ran a ton of diagnostics with everything coming back clear. Eventually they had to delete everything saved on my laptop and restart it completely. It seems to have helped, but I still notice the problem intermittently.

Excellent deal for such a high configuration HP laptop. This is certainly a great deal. This is a very powerful high performance laptop with i7, 16GB Memory and enough storage of 1TB SSD.

Best bang for the buck. Sale was steal. Its quick and efficient with 16GB of RAM the i5 processor and 1tb for space. Perfect for photoshop, streaming, or working from home. Even bought my Dad one

I bought this computer as I began to worry about my Surface being able to survive a 5 month visit to Spain where I did not want to have to find a replacement. There were a great many things that I found unsatisfying about the Surface. It was really expensive to replace it with another Surface, the disc space was too small and it was way too easy to drop. What I was replacing had a crack in the screen from a 1' drop. I was looking at Chrome books as a cheaper alternative but when I talked to the guy in the store he said that he thought I would be happier with the Envy or something like it. He was spot on. For far less money I get double the size of disc space and RAM, a screen that won't drop off the keyboard and fall to the floor, a light and fast reliable PC that is great. Also I have an Amazon Fire that cost me almost nothing that works perfectly in all the ways the Surface worked well.

I'm a student, and when I was looking for a laptop that could keep up with the TONS of research and work, I do, (after my old one started freaking out) I discovered this one, and wow, this thing just flies, and the specs can back this up. First, the deal you get for this is insane, when I was researching laptops that charges you more than $1000 for the of specs this thing has, this price stood out, and I'm so glad I choose this. Another thing is this design, I couldn't believe how lightweight this was when I unboxed it, it's probably the lightest and slimmest laptop I've owned. The display is also crisp and can get bright enough that you can use it outside, it also can be tilted 360 degrees so it's good for watching movies, and I think it'd be pretty useful for artists too if you pair it with a stylus. The backlight keyboard is works really well and can be plenty bright in the dark. Overall, if you're looking for a bang for the buck laptop with really good specs and design, this is it.

Very manageable and easy to work. Not heavy and very fast. Love the silver and easy to add your devices. One issue is the battery doesn’t last as much as it did once I bought other than that I was happy with it

The battery life is so good and the screen rotation feature i really love it i can use it as an ipad also and also watch movies and also its touch screen and good sound effects and its storage is good and it doesn’t lag its very fast and i am really very much impressed .

The computer is great! I have been using daily to work since 8/2024. The computer is fast, I love the touch screen so I can sign document easily and capacity is what i needed. I Have another the envy x360 at home. Totally recommended!

I didn’t expect it, was heavy in the same time light… Very easy to use and with the touch screen and the different option to log in is wonderful. I never had a live for a computer as I do for this.

I absolutely love this computer! I upgraded my 2016 model HP x360, and am so happy. It's super fast and I can have multiple tabs open at once. I'm a full time college student and needed something extremely fast with a lot of storage and this laptop does the job. Highly recommend!
