    Awful experience with this machine! I had a Hoover brand carpet cleaner that gave out after 4 years of owning it. It was top notch! I cleaned the entire carpet in the house many times. I was in the market for a new one so I decided to try this one. I’ve only had it 1 year and it’s now not sucking up the water from my rug. The tank is so small that I feel I’m constantly running to the sink to dump it. I wish it also had a separate reservoir for water and solution. I wish I could return this thing but obviously it’s too late. If you’re only cleaning very small areas then maybe it’s fine but I’ve never been able to clean multiple areas with this machine. That would take all day! I would NOT recommend.
