I love my new computer. It is fast and so very easy to use. I also like the keyboard and mouse. They have no cords attached to this computer. Al;so, the people at Best Buy were so nice and did such a great job in moving my files to the new computer. I highly recommend buying your next computer from Best Buy!!

I've had no major problems with HP products. Easy set up and runs windows 11, meets my needs .I hope this one last ten + years like the one it replaced.

I love the touch screen and that the camera can be push down into a compact part. It’s also a plus that it’s only the monitor and keyboard/mouse, making it easy to find a place for it. The neck can go adjust.It’s a great buy!

Computer is ok but keep s crashing and I end up resting it every time. This is the third time now since I purchased it, in 4 to 5 months.

Best Buy .. I could have made! The wife is extremely happy! And a happy wife is a happy house.

Excellent computer, easy to set up and use. The only ussue is Windows 11. All documents, photos, music, video is moved to the cloud. Trying to find documents takes more steps and don't think about backing up anything. Autosave doesn't allow "save as" so plan on jumping through more hoops to handle that. I never thought I'd miss Windows 10.

Still getting use to the changes from old unit. Will be a while, not to computer smart, still learning.

I enjoy the screen size, and the speed with which this HP runs. Beats the heck out of my old computer!

I have been working with Robby, Freddy, Owen, Sina, Forest and Ashley these last few weeks on my new PC. All the above were amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. My PC was delivered by OnTrac on Tuesday as promised. And Joseph did the home installation/set up and data transfer which went smoothly as well. I expected it to take several hours but he completed everything much faster. Highest praise for everyone at Best Buy/Geek Squad. As always I enjoy letting Management know when their employees do a Superior job!!! Take care, Cathy

I love the big screen . I am still learning windows 11, but so far i love it. I highly recommend my new computer. It is easy to use and i am very happy with it

27 inch screen is great. data transfer ftom old machine very helpful. replaced keyboard and mouse with those from my old computer as they disconnected several times after an update. keyboard has no reconnect botton. overall the new hp computer works very well

I had a large screen all in one before this, which was forced into retirement. I 'm very happy with my new replacement purchase. Large screen is wonderful, I like the adjustable height too, a nice feature. The response time is extremely quick, a real plus, Would highly recommend.
