Replacing our fried computer

This one has been great so fast, does what we need it to.

Three weeks from purchase and it won’t start up

It has much more memory than than the old one. My first disappointment was discovering that the only USB ports are on the back of the screen. This screen is heavy and difficult to turn around. Then, within 3 weeks of purchase, it suddenly started sounding beeps and alarms when trying to boot up. It’s too heavy and awkward to drag back and forth to Best Buy, so I’m waiting on a visit from Geek Squad. Now I wish I’d gotten a tower with separate screen.

Logged into my Microsoft account and everything was moved over to the new computer. Love the adjustable height and big screen. I will replace the keyboard with a backlit keyboard, only because I work in the dark.

Happy with my new computer

But my last two Dell purchases ended up demonstrating that the quality of the computers has slid quite a bit. I took a chance, bought an All-in-One HP, and have been delighted. Easy to set up, reliable and looks good on the desk. I'm a happy customer!
