really love the geek squad they were patient and I learned a lot about my new computer from being with them at the Newington store

I don't like it. It is so different from my old computer, It will be a while until I can get used to it. I didn't realize it until I got it home that it was touch screen. Maybe a younger person would appreciate it more, but I am old. Too many options for me.

I bought this computer for my mom who has vision problems and she loves it, screen size is perfect for her and it’s complete with everything she needs and takes up little space. Good quality and performance

Love the computer but the process to provide me with the service of transferring data, apps. pictures, docs from my old computer to this new one took too long.

I have used HP computers for years and I continue to love their quality and ease of use.

Love it i am on it every day. My husband loves it. My children love it. My dog loves it even if they could use it.

So far I love my new computer although it’s going to take a little time to get use to it. I was so comfortable with windows 10 .

However, the screen quality and resolution do not meet expectations, especially when compared to Dell products. There are noticeable differences between the two. Additionally, when playing YouTube videos, there are occasional glitches in both sound and video, which could be a concern. Overall, while this PC might suffice for basic tasks, it is not recommended for advanced users who require it for video editing or computer programming.

We enjoy the all in one feature as it saves space in our office. The features are excellent! Love the camera and the ability to adjust when/if needed. The graphics and sound are perfect.

I love the larger screen. I am still getting used to some of the new features and MS programs, but all is going well.

This is my third purchase of this screen, personally one of my budget-friendly computers that utliizies everything I need for work. The bonus of of 16GB and 1TB is amazing for files and applications added to the computer.

I've used this computer for almost a month and I am really happy with it. The screen size is awesome and everything works great plus the adjustable height feature is an added bonus.

I love my TV, i can watch the channels with or without having any cable as long as i have wifi. Love Love shopping BestBuy stores.
