It has been doing this since I purchased the computer. Also, the mouse freezes all the time. I need to turn it off and on constantly to use it.

One problem so far pertains to computer not responding after sitting idle for more than 30 minutes. You have push the on button off and on.

I returned it and was issued full refunds. "Best Buy" generally has best products. This was my first time to encounter this.

Very slow

I upgrades due to Windows11 compatibility and wish I would have chosen something different. I would not recommend this computer unless you are VERY patient.
