I returned it cause it kept shutting off. It was a nice AIO but it kept shutting off for no reason. I’m assuming maybe why it was open box .

Computer stopped working after a month. Best Buy is not allowed to service HP products, so have to go thru HP, and I have spent countless hours trying to get this computer repaired thru HP. **This is a review of HP and not Best Buy. The Geek Squad member was very helpful and apologetic for HP's policies.

Most of the apps are unavailable to launch and open when I click on icons

I am very disappointed, the keyboard doesn't turn on properly and I will be returning it. I am on my 3rd printer in a few months as they have all had issues with connecting to wifi and the cartridges say they aren't installed properly. I have had the techs out 2x to help me and they said to return products due to faulty issues.

The computer is good I don't like that it has Very few inputs in the back, will need an adaptor to hook up cables.

It’s been three weeks and so far my mother is pleased with it except for the fact she’s not able to get online due to issues on the HP side of things!! Maybe they’ll have it fixed today. Could not connect with the WiFi!!

The computer is ok, but the numbers 3 & 6 stick so it makes it fun as a bookkeeper to always have my numbers wrong. I've never had so many number mistakes until I got this computer/monitor/keyboard. I also don't like the way the computers are telling us how we have to do things now instead of just doing it the way we want. AI sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

A 1 star rating due to a customer service failure for replacing a keyboard that won't power up due to no contact of the batteries. This is highly unusual and I still hope to get this resolved if I can get a response from Best Buy. I've emailed, called twice and driven to our local store twice in an attempt to get this resolved. My first trip to the store was a little over two weeks ago. I am extremely disappointed in the response, or rather lack of response from customer service. If this isn't resolved soon, I will return the entire system just because I can't get a working keyboard.

This is one of the worst computers I ever purchased! It has horrible sound and mic. I even tried buying an extra soundbar and speakers, it still is very poor! In addition, the base isn't as supportive as other computers. I truly regret this purchase!!!

Missing power cord. Poor customers service at Fox Point when I attempted to purchase a universal cord. I guess I will order from Amazon

The unit may have been 100% if all the parts were included but being an OPEN BOX EXCELLENT, the original buyer failed to include the power adapter and cord. I had another smaller issue with the screen mount being bent but Best Buy Geek resolved that. There is no way that Best Buy reviews the content of an open box or they don't know what a power supply / cord is.

I am on my third pc of this model. The hard drive has crashed 2 other times and I have only had this PC for less than a year. They gave me a third one now, but I have no expectations it will last. I expected better from HP.

This was an open box item that was suppose to be Geek Squad Certified. I think all that was done was put back out for sale. The very first day that I had it the screen had issue with turning a brownish color. I returned the first chance that I got as I did not want to be stuck with having to pay for repairs.

The computer is okay but the software is a mess. Microsoft 11 has caused me to have to restart the computer after every start just to sigh in with my pin.

It was easy to set up but have had some issues since I can't take it back so I figured it out myself

I won't buy from Best Buy again...Geek squad is a total rip off...They wanted $500 to hook my computer up...Got it done faster and locally for half the price...It's pretty sad when you're a senior and handicapped, you still can't get help without getting ripped off....WON'T BE BACK!!!

This computer was a refurb and is powering down unexpectedly. I haven’t gotten around to looking into return options but probably will, if I can.

I’m just used 1 or 2 hours 5 day/ week. After 6 months I’m updated the software and my computer can not turn on. I take it to best buy and waiting for fix it . It’s take a month already but Still waiting.

I spend over $1k and couldn't get any keyboards to work. I finally went to the HP website to look up the driver's for my all-in-one and according to HP, the Windows 11 version 23H2, which this computer has, is incompatible. The touchscreen keyboard has to be open through accessibility each time, no task bar availability. I can't apply any icons to my desktop. Can't install Google apps at all. Think I'm going to check out the Lenovo I loved my Lenovos
