Dyson replacments
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my 5th Dyson product ranging from vacuums to hair tools. Since getting it, i had issues with the quick disconnect wand and im still waiting a year and a half later for the part to be in stock. . I wasted hours chatting on the phone and online to have the wand never be in stock. Yet they offer to ship my vacuum away for 3+ weeks so they can send another. Still manufacturing new vacuums but never replacing accessory stock. This irritates me and has pushed me away from them. Im just asking for the parts i bought to work properly. Nothing more.
