    I suppose that this blender works for some purposes, but I should have sent it back after the first time I used it. It really does not meet my purpose, which was to have an easy way to make smoothies. The amount of liquid needed is way too much to call my drink a smoothie. The frozen fruit and ice don't end up doing much but stopping the blade. I waited a few days too late to send it back. I kept thinking I could make it work for me, but it never happened. So, I'm just out several dollars and have an appliance I don't like and won't use. And still don't have the appliance I wanted.

    We exchanged this three times and all three items the batter will not hold charge also we come to find out that other customers had the same issue not sure why these reviews are being suppressed but they are. Also there were other error codes as well poor manufactured oh and do not put this in the fridge the cup does not separate which is another down fall and the blender got stuck with large ice

    I bought this blender for my post workout shake, I was super excited about it, it jams easily and then needs to be plugged in to reset it...not very portable at that point...in any case it stopped working after two months. Its complete garbage. Buyer beware
