Didn't see any difference in air quality in my home

This purifier is capable of cleansing an entire livable area, but we mainly use if for the kid's room. Unfortunately, buildings near us have dismissed their non-smoking rules, and opted to open up their policies for some of the newer residents. What that has led to is a wave of harsh smell emanating into the household. Being that we can't control this situation, we wanted to find ways to minimize its effect. This Shark does wonders for that cause. It has a smaller footprint than our 3-in-1 Max, so it fits perfectly under their desk, with enough space to have effect on the room. Setup was simple, and we were up in minutes. Filters can be costly, as one of our purifiers requires a filter change every 4-6 months. Having a filter that can last five years is sincerely welcomed by our pocketbooks. The one addition my wife has enjoyed is the air freshener cartridge that can be installed. Although the odor filter does great for eliminating smells, the freshener aids in keeping the room fresh. Even better, the air freshener cartridge can be adjusted to control scent flow. We keep our on the lowest setting and it permeates throughout several rooms of our home. My son is going into the 2's and he gets his hands on everything. There is a touch screen for usage, and he couldn't keep away. If you have this issue, there is a lock on the screen that has deterred him...for now. This is the only purifier I have that has this, and it has been a necessary addition going forward. In summation, this Shark keeps the room smelling clean and fresh with a noticeable difference in the allergic reactions our my kids. From smoke to poopy diapers, the auto sensors act accordingly to rebalance the room in short stretches of time. If you have any type of similar situation, I recommend the purchase.

I love air purifiers, I started using them a couple of years ago and I wish I had started sooner. I no longer get watery eyes at home and I no longer break out in hives from dust mites, etc. The downside to the air purifiers is changing expensive filters. I have 3 cats and I smoke legal substances in my home so I tend to go through filters fairly quickly. When I was offered this new Shark product, I jumped at the opportunity. 1,400 square feet and a 5 year filter? Sign me up!! This could not have been easier to set up. Simply remove the tape from various spots, plug it in and you’re ready to go. I have a 1,300 square foot condo so this is the perfect unit for me. I placed it in the middle of my home, set it to auto and let its do its thing. I unplugged the other air purifiers in the home and this did not disappoint. I get the same coverage as I did with 2 units with less bulk and less noise. It’s an attractive design that blends in with my white and grey decor. It can get pretty loud but only when I’m smoking or cooking on the gas stove. It cuts down on odors, dust, air particles and more. This is the only air purifier I’ll need for 5 years and I love it!!

This review is for the Shark neverchange air purifier. I am a big fan of using air purifiers in my home. I run 3 in total. The one thing that sets this one apart from the other is the 5 year filter life. That’s a big deal for me. As one of my other air purifiers uses a filter that cost $180 and needs to be replaced every 6 months. So in just one year I can save the cost of this unit. It has a easy to use interface. With all the controls on the top panel. You have 5 different fan speed settings for the fan 1,2,3,4 and auto. You also have a dimmer button with high, low and off. I have this unit in our bedroom and we like it dark so I keep the display in dark mode most of the time. Oh and you also have a lock option so if you have kids like me they can’t play with it and turn it off everyday. One thing I have found is after you put the display in to dark mode you can not set the child lock. This is very frustrating to me. Cuz my kids do play with it everyday. It would also be nice is you could control this unit with an app. But if the filter can truly less 5 years I can over look these two draw backs.

It is much bigger than you think. Even with the larger size it’s easy to move room to room for single room air purifying. It is easy to assemble and operate. The filter is inserted in the bottom so it’s easy to access and change. The purifier has two easy to access larger particle screen filters that trap larger particles like hair and dust keeping them off the internal filter. The same item from Sam's is 20 less but comes with a remote. No remote on this one, costs extra. Overall great purchase and not having to purchase filters is a plus.

This is my second one i have, absolutely love it! No more stuffy nose, my sleep has been improved! Definitely cleans up the atmosphere in my home! I definitely recommend to anyone!

I got this air purifier to reduce my allergy symptoms of mild cough/chest congestion on our ground floor. I believe it has helped, and I just purchased a smaller Shark unit for our finished basement room.

My house smells so much cleaner. I live in a 1952 Farmhouse and always has an odor. I have not noticed it since I plugged this filter in. I love the auto feature so you can plug and forget.

Just as advertised. Feel as if I’m breathing g better and not as much congestion.

Got it for Christmas and so far, so good. Watched the air quality reading go down while frying bacon and back up afterwards. Bacon smell seemed to dissipate quickly.

Works great, quiet, no ozone smell like most others.

Excellent Aur Purifier. Quickly cleaned all the air in my home. I just keep it on auto and it does what it needs to do and leaves a fresh scent.
