Good suction but hard to manouver

Very hard to maneuver and plastic body is fragile. Tools fall off while using. Design was not well thought.

Used Returned vacuum shipped as new to us.

My wife returned it to the local Best Buy and got the correct one. Seems like someone shipped a return to us! Very dissapointed

I have a cat and a dog and I wouldn't trade this vacuum for anything. Its so light and powerful. It doesn't lose suction. The hose is the right length and the power cord is long enough for me to do the stairs without replugging. It's just all around good buy. Maybe I'm getting old but I've never been this attached to a vacuum before.

This is my life saves it picks-up everything just like it says. Its lite to carries up stairs. Easy to put togethers even for an old lady like me. Leaves your home smelling fresh clean. Happy with my purshase.

Solid product with consistent performance. No hair clogs. Picks up dirt/dust left behind by old Shark. Nice upgrade. Love it!

Worst shark vacuum

I have 4 Bassett hound dogs and it takes 2-3 times over the same spot to pick up half of the hair. The back roller that rotates is useless. It ripped the rubber right off after 3 uses. The front roller clogs up after only doing half of the floor. The suction out of the hose is great but out of the bottom isnt. There isn’t anything blocking it. I think the rollers are subpar and just doesn’t help in picking the dirt and hair off the floor. Even when I use it on my hardwood floors on just the 1st setting it doesn’t pick up the dog hair fully. I definitely will not recommend this vacuum to anyone.
