I love that this thing will make K Cups and regular brewed coffee, plus coffee over ice. I haven't made any coffee over ice yet, but I'm sure I will when the weather warms up. I bought some reusable K Cups and that works great, too! Also, it makes coffee super fast and I'm super happy with it. It's a major improvement over the percolator that I was using before and got burned by pretty bad.

Great coffee maker love it so far ! Just make sure to keep it clean and dry inside the brewing space it gets wet and can get nasty if you dont clean it .

Fast and quiet. Much quicker and makes a better kcup than our keuirg. Has all the features we wanted as a replacement. Easy to fill water container and sleek design.

This is a great coffee maker for us. Sometimes we need a big pot of coffee and sometimes just a quick cup on the go and this is the perfect coffeemaker to switch back and forth very easily.

When it was functioning properly, it was a great machine. However the cleaning cycle takes 75 minutes, you need vinegar, and you can't skip it and make coffee and clean it later. It will not work in any capacity until you clean it. I have had mine less than a year and it is not overheating, mangling the K cups and producing less coffee than it should it all the settings. I am getting like a tiny amount of coffee from the 18 oz setting. I have other Ninja products that work great so not sure if this one just tries to do too much or I got a lemon.

Its a great looking coffee maker that comes with an interchangeble piece to use the K cups at the top for brewing. Wish that it made the little Ninja beep that my air fryer and Ninja soda thing make but just an aesthetic. Love that it has a delay setting for coffee ready to go as soon as you start your day!

The coffee pot is clogged internally and no longer pumps water into the boiler inside. Ive only had it 1 year. It’s not something I would recommend

This coffee maker is a must. If your a fan of brewing coffee either worh coffee ground or kcups this is the product for you. Kcups is a goos addition if you dont want ro brew a big batch of coffee. The jug is a plus. I had a metal comtainer with my prior ninja and it stained and was near impoosible to clean. Also prveous coffee machine stopped working still brewed coffee but wasnt able to set time or time with by itself cycle all 12 hours am and pm.

After buying two expensive Keurig machines that stopped working after a very short time, we decided to try this one. It works beautifully and the carafe feature is a nice addition. Great value!

I love the options for cup/pot sizes, and the coffee is rich and delicious. This unit replaced a pretty old and much simpler Ninja. I wasn't expecting this to be as complicated to learn as it was. It's pretty noisy for the first minute or so of getting going, which was a little startling at first. My only real negative is how long the cleaning cycle takes.

I’ve gone through a lot of coffee makers. Keurigs, nepresso, standard coffee makers. This one so far has been the absolute best. Being able to go from making a pot of coffee and choosing the amount when I want more than just a cup or if I’m having coffee with my husband to being able to switch It over and just add an adapter and use my choice of k-cups and make a single cup is great. It’s easy to clean. The heating/ warming after brew is fantastic. Even if this one would break down I would go out and buy another just because this one has been so convenient and gives a quality cup.

Love my Ninja Coffee maker. I can brew single cups multiple sizes. It also works well with half a pot to a full pot of coffee. I'm not an iced coffee person, but what I've made for friends has turned out well. No complaints here. Also a lot of components are dishwasher safe, so cleaning is easy.

After dealing with our Keurig for so long, we decided to switch to this Ninja and we are completely satisfied! The ease of use and thoughtfulness in the design makes this easier and more versatile to use. The water tank has a handle for easy refilling, the volume selection provides way more options depending on how much coffee we want to brew and so far, it has brewed a perfect cup every time. This is a must have for anyone who cares about coffee.

works like a charm. flexibility is the key. fairly easy to use. does take some getting used to, as assembly is not obvious.

I bought a new unit, brought it home, and right out of the box it had an error message that would not go away. I called Ninja support, and after confirming that the unit was not a working unit, they got my name and address and sent me a complete new unit. I had to wait a few days, but the new unit works great and I am enjoying the new mode. I had an older model for at least 6 years that I enjoyed previously. This is handy because it also uses K-cups if I wish to do so. I am happy with this purchase.
