Disappointed-Not Charging

I went to use it the other day it's dead. It will not hold a charge. I've plugged/unplugged, etc.. tried everything and it's just dead. I went to look up past orders on Best Buy and it's mysteriously gone. Very frustrated. Was excited about this item and now I feel I just threw away my money.

Don't waste your time there is nothing like AMAZON
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible experience I ordered the product on the 26th and on the 29th an email arrived saying that there is a delay in the product, which is a lie, they are not going to send you the product that is just an excuse, also you cannot cancel until after 15 days, they will retain your money for 15 days even knowing that they will not honor the purchase, I called Customer service, you ask for a supervisor and they make you wait an hour so you get bored and then they hang up on you. don't waste your time with these stores, that's why there is nothing like Amazon, which is fast and if there is a problem they solve it instantly.
