The Ninja Speedi came well packaged and included were the cooker with and internal pan and a rack that can be positioned high or low in the pan to separate foods. Also included were a Quick Start Guide and Recipe Book, an Owner's Guide, and a leaflet entitled, "Our Favorite Speedi Meals." I placed the Speedi on the counter and got to work on my first meal, deciding to try the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo. Prep was a snap. I literally just dumped the pasta. alfredo sauce, water, and broccoli into the pan, placed the rack, and tossed the chicken in oil, salt, and pepper, then placed it on the rack, shut the lid, set the Speedi lever to "Rapid Cook", selected "Speedi Meals", Set the temperature to 390 and time to 15 minutes. The speedi the cooked my meal in a bout 25 minutes. (It takes a few minutes to warm up and steam for 10 minutes, then broils for another 15, it seems. The result was a very good meal that took me almost no hands-on time to prepare. The chicken was very slightly over-cooked, probably as much due to my grocery delivery substituting tenderloins for chicken breast as anything else. The directions do warn of this possibility if the size of the meat is not as required by the recipe. The pasta was, to my surprise, cooked almost perfectly, and the broccoli was a little overdone. The instructions said to mix all the ingredients in the pan to combine, but I think I might mix the sauce, water, and pasta together and add the broccoli on top next time in hopes of it steaming more and boiling less. All that said, I think with a little fidgeting, I'll learn to get really great results with minimal effort on a regular basis with the Speedi, and that's what it's designed to do. Give back time.

This would is great for someone who lives alone as well as a family of four. If I were in college this would be great. You could make good dinners and possibly avoid the freshmen 15. The unit is about 14" wide and almost as many tall. You will need a good pair of tongs to reach in and turn food. I tried several of the settings, speedimeals, airfryer, dehydrator, bake, saute and slowcook. I dehydrated an apple and a banana. Wouldn't do that on a large scale as it takes 5 - 6 hours and you due to space restrictions you can't fit a lot. I used the airfryer setting to cook a baked potato, 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. I baked chocolate chip cookies. Technically I baked ones that came from the frozen food aisle still came out great. I was able to bake one or two quickly without heating up the whole oven and consequently the kitchen. The grilled cheese came out awesome. Currently I making beef stew using the slow cooker setting after first sauteing the beef in the unit. It is easy to clean and easy to use.

The Ninja speedi is very easy to use. It cooks meals really fast. It is very convenient to use. Cooking just got a lot easier.

We have this to be a wonderful addition to our kitchen. It try offers 15 min meals as advertised. Very happy with our purchase so far.

Easiest way to cook dinner. Set it and forget it will alarm when food is ready. Easy to use and has recipes to help you start.

We had the first generation of this Air Fryer until the horrid ERROR8. It was unrepairable and needed a replacement as the warranty had expired. So why 4 Stars, we used our unit at least 5 times a week. At that point we pretty much used the heck out of it. Please note this unit too will die on you after hard use.
