  • Worthless due to poor CO2 canister replacement

    We enjoyed using this product until we needed replacement cartridges. I subscribed to the Ninja Thirsti canister service and have yet to ever receive an actual shipment. Our two machines have now stood idle for SIX months without Ninja being able to deliver. Repeated promises to deliver have never been done, and our most recent order has shown PENDING SHIPMENT for 25 days. This has made the machine completely useless, so I highly recommend against purchasing this product.
