Fast, powerful, easy to set up, and easy to use. It has all of the features of a Windows laptop with the streamlined functionality and efficiency of a Chromebook! The best of both worlds . The keyboard action is clean and sharp, the monitor is bright clear. The battery life is incredible!

Perfect for grade school students. Its compatibility to the school network is excellent. We puchased and external hard drive to save projects, pics, and other documents. The price is great. Thanks Google and Best Buy for the great find!

Nice model and I had it for about 8months. The display is clear but not the greatest other then that, it's worth the price in every other way.

It has a nice and large screen, but the scrolling needs a little help, as the bars are very hard to find by the by the pointer at times, and it sticks, I only use as back up so it works perfectly for my needs, came in great shape as a refurb, decent quality.

This is my 4th purchase of lenovo Ideapads and I love them. They do everything expected including game downloads and ordering options. I would recommend as a first time user, student or work at home item.

Speed is impeccable. I only gave 4 stars because the lap came with the outer edge cracked but it does not affect functionality.

I haven’t used it loads but it was a quick and simple set up, 5 minutes and you’re ready to go. Can’t expect a lot at this price point but it’s better than I though it would be. Good school/travel laptop to do light work on.

Nice laptop, mostly used for streaming. Not much gaming power.

Within a matter of days, I noticed problems with the computer. First, the audio stopped working and it wouldn’t play or record sound. We took the computer back to our local Best Buy and the workers helped fix the problem. The man who helped us out told us that we had 30 days to return it from the day we visited- in case any problems persist. About a week later, the screen started glitching and then shut off. We took it back to Best Buy, this time for a refund, and the worker told us that we were unable to return it or even trade the product.
