    Bought this replace an aging 3-in-1 for my son. Printer cam well packaged and worked out of the box. Quality is typical HP with expensive inks which are required to be HP in the firmware.

    For a refurbished printer it is working well, not as quite as my original, but gets the jobs done So far worth the money it cost$$$$$$$$$$

    The printer is fine, but it won't stay connected to the network. The Geek Squad was no help: they took remote control of my computer and apparently loaded the wrong driver, because it started printing one line of gibberish per page as it emptied the tray. i was then told that there would be a charge for on-site help, even though I have renewed my Total Tech account, and remote help didn't work.

    I received my printer today after a delivery delay for whatever reason and it did not have a power cord or ink cartridges. So i just received a paper weight. Hope to get this resolved locally and not have to ship this back.

    Not good from the start. Could not get the ink cartridges to work properly, resulting in an error code. Had to return this printer, and instead get another model.

    The hp smart app did not work to install this curious if others had this issues. If the app doesn't work u need to add printer through control panel. doesn't work with 5g u will have to review with internet provider if they have an alternate 2.4g. Printer sometimes goes offline so will need to reinstall printer through control panel. Prints well thebl connectivity is the only issue.
