Couldn't ask for a better laptop!!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this laptop! I watch movies and play my video games from X-Box on it. It runs smooth when I am browsing several different pages, the color is great, and the volume is perfect. It's touch screen works great, and I love that I can fold it all the way back to watch Netflix. It's not too heavy and the backlight is a big help when my husband is sleeping, and I don't want to bug him. Great product!

HP Spectre 16"
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quite possibly the most beautiful looking laptop I have ever laid my eyes upon; the perfect design complimented with the perfect color too (that Nightfall rose-black is to die for). Spec-wise, there are no complaints from my end. It is NOT a gaming laptop, but it does have almost all the gaming specs you'd need to qualify as one.

Excellent choice
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.**Review of the HP Spectre 2-in-1 16" WQXGA Touch-Screen Laptop** Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) The HP Spectre 2-in-1 16" WQXGA Touch-Screen Laptop is a powerhouse of performance and versatility, making it an excellent choice for both professionals and casual users alike. With the Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and Intel Evo Edition certification, this laptop is designed to deliver exceptional speed and responsiveness, whether you're multitasking with numerous applications or engaging in intensive tasks such as video editing or graphic design. **Design:** One of the standout features of the Spectre is its sleek and premium design. The polished metal chassis exudes elegance, and the convertible form factor allows for seamless transitions between laptop and tablet modes. The 16-inch WQXGA touch-screen display is vibrant and sharp, providing excellent visual quality for both work and entertainment. **Performance:** With 16GB of memory and a 1TB SSD, this laptop offers ample storage and fast data access, ensuring that you can save large files and boot up applications swiftly. The performance is reliable, and users can expect smooth operation during both everyday tasks and more demanding applications. **Battery Life:** Battery life is impressive, with the laptop easily lasting through a full day of work or leisure without needing to be plugged in. This makes it an ideal option for those who need to work on-the-go. **User Experience:** The touch-screen functionality is responsive and intuitive, enhancing the user experience. The inclusion of HP's Active Pen (sold separately) allows for further interactivity, making it great for artists or anyone who prefers jotting down notes by hand. **Drawbacks:** However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The laptop is on the pricier side compared to similar models, which may not appeal to budget-conscious consumers. Additionally, the weight, while not overly heavy, may make it less appealing for those who frequently travel with their devices. **Conclusion:** Overall, the HP Spectre 2-in-1 16" WQXGA Touch-Screen Laptop is a fantastic investment for anyone looking for a high-performance, stylish, and versatile device. It caters well to a variety of needs, from productivity to entertainment, with only a few shortcomings to consider. If you can accommodate the price and weight, this laptop is certainly worth considering.

Very nice machine with a few weaknesses.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried this unit with the LCD screen, 16gb of ram with the new 14th gen Intel chips. The performance of the computer itself was very good. Snappy and the new integrated graphics are a big improvement. The downsides with this model are thus: they do not include the pen in the box. Second, the audio is not impressive for the size and weight of the device. I was hoping for MacBook like audio performance. Audio was mediocre in my opinion. If you are looking for the 2in1 form factor with a nice keyboard, great screen, and great performance, this is a goon one to consider. If you're looking for a MacBook replacement, you might have to keep looking.

GREAT LAPTOP!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop has been excellent. It works great with the keyboard or as a tablet, either way no defects or deficiencies. I use it for writing, watching videos, and library researching. It's quick and easy for everything I do with it. I don't use it for gaming, but I can say the video quality seems like it would be OK for gaming. THE BEST SURPRISE to me was how fast this recharges. I have the standard charger that HP includes, and it achieves at least 50% charge in under one hour WHILE I'm using MS Word to write or searching the web. I've owned chargers that are high-speed, and this HP charger is the best ever. My only add-on purchase will be a large monitor for my desk, and I'll almost certainly buy a HP monitor because this laptop is so satisfying.

HP Spectre 16 155H 16Gb 1Tb
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Almost the same size as my MacBook pro 15 2015, but the screen is much bigger. The aluminum case is robust but not as a macbook, maybe 14" Spectre is much more robust. The speakers are not bad. Battery is good, if you need more screen time you can use FullHD resolution. I had problems with internet, but after resetting my Linksys wifi everything works perfectly. The device is quiet and not overheated. No pen in the box. One weak side of the laptop is a lack of ports. only 2 USB-C, 1 USB, HDMI. Missing SD card reader - it is a pain. Don`t do that HP again. I like the laptop and I hope I do not have traditional problems of HP laptops with reliability.

Nice laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros - It's a nice sleek laptop. A little heavier than I would like but very solid. Great screen quality. The graphics and videos are beautiful. Cons - I do not like how large the track pad is. This also does not seem to connect to my internet very well.

Hoping this lives as long as my last one.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My last laptop (17.3” HP Envy) lasted me from 2017-2024. When I needed an upgrade I knew I wanted to stick with the HP brand as I’ve had less than stellar experiences with others. This 2 in 1 laptop is versatile enough that I can run my work programs without any issues or that my kiddo can play games / stream videos. I wish there was more than one USB port but it’s an easy fix. I knew about this before purchasing, it wasn’t a surprise. The fingerprint scanner is an added layer of security that I appreciate and screen is incredibly bright and crisp.

**Warning** Don't Trust Geek Squad Certification
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.**Warning** I purchased an open box laptop rated Excellent and Geek Squad certified. The touchscreen was lovely, and the laptop felt great, but it took about 5 seconds to discover Geek Squad had certified a defective keyboard. I took this to the store asking for support and spent time on the phone with customer support. I requested any kind of support, equal exchange, credits equal to the value I was about to lose because of defective product...there is no option except to return the device and buy a different one at a higher price. So not only have I lost the device, I have lost the sale price. Best Buy should not be selling defective machines through the open box program....or at least they should take responsibility for issues like this instead of leaving the customer stuck with bad devices, especially when it's "excellent" quality and Geek Squad Certified!

Perfection Improved
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. An excellent upgrade of the Spectre line. The 2K screen is as sharp as the earlier version's 4K screen to my naked eye while the newest generation ULTRA processors make everything smoother and faster. My older Spectre had a full number pad in the laptop keyboard, but as I use a wireless external keyboard, I don't miss it. The extra large trackpad is a joy to use. The extra inch diagonal of screen size is also nice.
