    If I had written this review when I first got the computer, it easily would have been given 5 starts. However, I have now had it for five months, and it has slowed down significantly, it freezes, it crashes randomly and restarts itself over and over again. There isn't a lot of storage space on it, which I knew when I bought it, but I've barely saved anything on it and it's already out of space. I checked the apps, and noticed that it downloaded a bunch of new apps without notifying me and they were taking up most of my storage space. If you're using this computer for basic tasks that don't require you to have a reliable computer, and you don't have to save anything on it, this is the computer for you.

    computer is fine, customer service not so much! I have tried multiple times on line to ask a question about my computer but it is impossible to get help! Shame on you Best Buy!

    I am very happy with my recent purchase of this laptop. My previous laptop was damaged by the recent bad weather and power outage. I needed a computer quickly to gain access to my all my accounts. All my files and important info showed up on the new laptop. All I had to do was register the laptop to my banking and credit cards accounts.

    I bought this for my son to go off to college with he has set it up and used it a little to get used to it and seems to enjoy it the graphics are great and speed seems to be amazing
