Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the Envy 2-in-1 laptop's responsive touchscreen, ease of use, and strong performance. Many appreciate its lightweight design, long battery life, and competitive price. However, some users note that the device can get warm during extended use, and the sound quality could be improved. A few also mention limitations with the number of ports available.

    Underpowered and bloated

I regret buying this laptop, which is underpowered and bloated with Microsoft Windows 11 software. Microsoft Defender is a pain and interferes with me logging into other services. I can't turn it off. Microsoft Edge is spammy, and I can't delete it from my computer. Buy another laptop.

    Slowest Internet Ever

Do not buy this computer. It has a faulty Realtec WiFi adapter. It will work fine for a while at blazing speed then it will quit. I see many others have same issue. I am getting internet speeds of over 600 Mbps one minute and then it drops to less than 1 Mbps and stays that way for a while. All other computers and devices in this house stay at blazing speed so it has nothing to do with a router issue. It is this Realtec Adapter...faulty....no driver updates exist either.
