    horrible, I drove 3 hours to Buffalo to pick up the laptop, it was an “excellent” open box, when it arrived back at the house the laptop was dirty and stained, without the original box and no accessories, when I turned it on I noticed that it was getting very hot, when I tried to register it HP informed me that the laptop no longer had its original warranty, I contacted Best Buy and they told me that in fact the laptop does not have a warranty but that they can SELL ME ONE, an “excellent” open box, without a box, without accessories, without warranty, dirty and failing

    A short review, I had the laptop for less than 24 hours. For the price is not a worthy choice. Very bulky and heavy design, physically talking is not as described. Keep in mind we are talking about a +$1.5K laptop. I know it has a powerfull GPU, but at that point when the laptop doesn't match the price/value I didn't even go deeper in the performance. Was a solid NO for me. Great experience at BestBuy customer service.

    Touch screen was nice. Keys started sticking within a month of having it. This was annoying as I was not hard on my computer and it was only used for my college work.
