    I purchased this 62 XL Black Ink Cartridge from Best Buy and it was of highest quality and reliable. I highly recommend purchasing all your ink from Best Buy because when I ordered ink online from another company, it didn't work at all. This ink cartridge flowed perfectly from the beginning as it was supposed to. That's why I always purchase my ink from Best Buy.

    Best Buy price and service was great! Associate walked me to the ink and printer cable I needed. He recommended the XL ink and the longer printer cable. As I am now working from home, I appreciated his input. I would recommend purchase of ink rather than HP Instant Ink. If you exceed the number of pages in this program there is a per page charge.

    HP Ink for the Envy printer is great. The print quality is very good and easy to replace. The problem I have is if you do not use it frequently it seems to either evaporate or dry out, unsure which. If you use it often no problem at all.

    I buy the XL because I print bills that I need for taxes and shipping labels/packing slips for Ebay. I bought it last October and just finished the cartridge the end of August. 10 1/2 months is a long time for this cartridge to last and it doesn't dry out in the printer either.

    It’s an ink cartridge - what can one expect? And it’s an XL, so it seems to last a lot longer than the standard one. But like other printer ink cartridges, it’s way overpriced. But that’s typical of HP Printers; and since HP has a chip in the cartridge, the printer recognizes non-HP items. Perhaps the use of an off-brand might damage the printer, as HP claims, but I seriously doubt it.
