    I bought this ink cartridge along with the black cartridge, because my ink was getting low, when I go to replace it I get an error message to reinstall. I have troubleshooted all of the suggestions to include removing it. Installing the old one (which continues to work) and reinstalling the new one. I have cleaned with lint free cloth, I have turned the ink upside down. My black cartridge works fine. The return policy stinks. I have to eat $25 bucks. HP has no recourse either.

      According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."

    I bought color and black inks about two month ago and when I put both the color ink show empty, and now its no longer returnable ...

    Great price, easy to install. I used to pay much more for ink with my previous printer but I am thrilled that the HP Officejet 5740 not only is more efficient than my last printer but also that the ink is affordable.

    The HP 62 color replacement cartridge fit perfectly and performed as it should in my HP Envy 7640. It was very easy to replace. I bought the smallest cartridge because I don't need the colored copies as much and there is a danger of ink drying over long periods of non-use.

    Print quality is excellent. Recently used it to print some of the different characters from Kellogg and it was a quality print. Popping the cartridge in and out is very easy. Amount of ink that you use is fair for the price.
