Laptop was promptly brought out to me by an employee. As included anti-virus software for free. Laptops is lightweight and easily is stored in my daughter's backpack. Easy to set up.

My daughter has just started her first year of high school as we call it in the Caribbean and needed a laptop for school.. my friend in the USA mentioned that best buy has back to school sale and I choose the Hp 14 Chromebook and my daughter love her laptop and laptop bag. Excellent laptop for everyday use for surfing the web and watching movies. I like the white color and the aesthetics of the laptop. It’s cute and the keyboard doesn’t feel ancient and clunky like the Chromebook. Overall a great purchase for a light use laptop. Another pro is the ease of setup. You use your google account to set it up.

Great product, I came to best buy genuinely for a tablet that disconnected from the keyboard, mind you this does not disconnect from the keyboard but it flipping completely to tablet format helps so much. I bought it for school and let me tell you, it made live so much easier and im still currently using it for business. Worth the purchase.
