    Product installed easyly and did intial printing well but after responding to prompt to check firmware print seems stuck in Furture Firmware Updates screen. Have tried tips provided by HP and even uninstalling and reinstalling printer without sucess. Will now Contact Geek Squad

    The printer is great but is not great for ink consumption. The cartridges state they can print 1300 pages. I can only get about 300 pages. This is more suited for an in-home printer than a small business printer. I bought this at the beginning of December and I have already bought 3 sets of ink cartridges.
