Not terribly impressed with this printed. It is hit or miss with whether or not it will copy or scan. It will draw in paper through the top feeder then freeze and you have to cancel the job and try again, sometimes 3 or 4 times. I wish this printed were more like the older model I had. I never ever had issues with my previous HP printed. I think next time I will go with a different brand.

This printer creates high quality documents with excellent color resolution.

Ease of use from the start. I am used to ink jets and this far exceeds what I was expecting.

Great printer! I am in a room that is distant from the router so I use a range extender for my computer and the printer works off it just fine. No wires just plug it up, connect to your wifi and go. Very impressed!

I love HP products, have never had an issue when I get a new product getting them hooked up my laptop. This printer I have, and its annoying as all get out

Full of hiccups and errors… stops working for no reason, disconnects from wifi for no reason, when I checked the settings it says it is connected to wifi.. then disconnects again… I added to my network but its always offline… heaven forbid you run out of paper… you add paper but never updates or removes the error code … takes long long long time to fix any problem, most problems make no sense, HP totally lies… does not come with enough ink for 1200+ bw or color copies… barely used any color at all and tells me all ink colors are running low… feel 100% ripped off…how are they ok lying so much?

This printer comes with low volume cartridges that run out VERY quickly, and cannot use a cartridges other than HP. Iy has digital security for cartridges and there is no method for bypassing it, so expect to buy $400 in HP cartridges very soon after purchase. I'm also very disappointed that Best Buy didn't see fit to include that tidbit in their product description. If I'd known, I never would have purchased this model. I guess it's back to Amazon for all future purchases.

Love the copier. Thought it had a fax. Sorry I did not check closer

Printer works great, however scanner is not duplex. You need to manually feed the other side to get both sides scanned, so scanning multi page documents will be a nightmare.

I purchased this machine on the 1st of April, so far so good.My last HP was purchased in 2014.

Nice printer. Second paper tray only feeds 1 special paper at a time.
