    Flashy printer but does not work properly from day 1. Had printer for 30 days and every day it stops printing mid job and requires a shut down and reboot. Contacted HP support and they cannot help fix the issue, telling me to call BB for help. Best Buy will not help, telling me that my warranty is with HP and I am outside my return period.

    Plugged it in and began the step by step instructions but it said Driver Error immediately and would not print anything. I paid for the Geek Squad warranty so I called them letting them know the issue and they told me it would cost $150 bucks to fix. I said I literally bought it and brand new today and they said return it then. So I did, I do not recommend this product or paying for the extra geek squad thing.

    When it works it works well. However it disconnects frequently. The toner is also very expensive

    While this is a good printer I was VERY disappointed to find that it did not come with the toner--even though the Best Buy web site said that it did! False advertising. Shame on you, Best Buy.

    I was told it was a FAX and it is not. The black ink was gone in 15 days. The printer automatically defaults to full color and you have to change it every time. Making a very loud noise after printing the paper? not even a month old?
