Returned Due to Incompatibility, Keyboard, & Cost

For the price, some flaws caused me to return it: 1) the pen storage keyboard (separate item) covered the bottom of the screen affecting Excel and some things at the bottom of the taskbar; 2) the Snapdragon Elite caused some temporary delays/locking in some apps running in compatibility (especially Adobe Acrobat with graphic pages). Battery life wasn't quite what was claimed. Got a Zenbook 14 OLED instead for less and without the issues.

If you seek portability and ease of use with a lightweight device and add-on keyboard, great. If you seek power, quick file transfers, or long battery life, it is not for you. You will never be far from power if you are doing real work with the Surface - because going on battery will not give you much device life.

It is so amazing, I love everything about it. I got it for college as a pre-med student. It works great for virtual labs and it is also perfect for studying if you get the keyboard with it. Probably could have gotten the regular snapdragon and not the elite. Know what you are getting into before buying though. Its ARM. It has issues with gaming and emulated programs closing.

But interface needs to be improved it does not look like a tablet rather it looks like full computer. Even though I like its capability of using desk top apps. But it defeat the purpose of the utility which a tablet can provide.
