Better pay extra for a warrantee!

Spent half hour on the phone with Ninja and they made me video call to prove I wasn't lying. Now they are demanding I send this one to them (box it up and drive to fedex) before they will send me a replacement. Who knows how long this will take... I tried Best Buy for an exchange and they told me they unit is outside their.... get this.... 14 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE WINDOW lol. Spend 600 bucks on a coffee maker for it to die in less than 30 days. Never again... best buy or 'luxe'

Bad grinder
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited to get this machine and nothing but disappointment. First day of using I got the add beans error while the hopper was full. Pulled the hopper off had to remove the tray and dig a stuck bean out of grinder. Switched to a house roasted espresso bean, used twice and then the same add bean error. They need to fix the grinder issue, nobody has time to be removing all the beans from the grinder to clear stuck beans everyday.

Horrible

Disappointing
