    I was skeptical with the mopping pads but after one pass through my apartment, I was sold. The cleaning and the steam overpowered everything on my floors. Amazing purchase and definitely recommend this product for anyone wanting a steam mop!

    Works fine for smaller areas. I have a 1700 sqft house and it's all tile. I get about half of it done, then the unit shuts down (overheating, I guess). I have to let it sit for about an hour and then it will run again and I can finish the job. If you have over 800 sqft to clean, I would not recommend this product.

    It works....I guess. It take entirely too long to warm up amd then you must do 15 passes to sanitize....not a good design. It would take a person an hour or more to clean their floor.

    DO NOT BUY it is useless!! The steam comes out too high, doesn’t even wet the floor, DOESN’T CLEAN THE FLOOR AT ALL

    Git this for Christmas and it is definitely NOT made for textured floors at all. The steam spray shoots out in front ,not like the other steam mop, which makes absolutely no sense at all.
