  • Beautiful OLED, Battery issues and Crashed

    Beautiful screen and love the OLED. Screen size is also a great selling point. Co-Pilot was excellent but I really did like getting use to a touch screen for my laptop but not a deal breaker. Computer crashed already once with some random battery issue. Looks like an update was in progress but I wasn’t restarting or doing anything that I approved to update and restart/power off the computer. Just did it on its own. Mind you this was only the second time I was using the computer so very odd. The battery was at 100% so I took the battery plug out and was using. Then all of a sudden it wouldn’t do anything and was stuck at a screen saying battery failure and requested to have the battery plugged in. Finally it fixed itself but does worry me a bit. I have sixty days to decide if I’m going to keep this computer. That was not a good start

    I HAVE TO RETURNED BECAUSE IT WAS SO LOUD. ALSO I HAD TO UPDATE MANY TIMES THE PROGRAMS.

    Good laptop for the price. long battery life, light, good enough processor for streaming etc. only thing i would improve is the speaker location. being down firing isnt as good compared to side or top.
