    I really liked it, compared to my previous HP all in one, it is very fast, good quality webcam, large screen, expandable RAM memory.

    Open HP box on 01/06/2025, turned on PC has black damaged mark about 12" circumference on left side of screen. Before turning on pc could see a semi circle silhouette on left side. Also, pc took a while to boot up. Although pc was package well will return for another product.

    Processor is awesome display is crystal clear boot time is immediate cannot say enough good things about this all in one. My recommendation to anyone that wants a great computer buy this machine. Ps this is the fifth computer I bought from Best Buy and its the best.

    I have only been using it for a few days. So far, I am enjoying using my new all in one computer and finding all the new functions. It was easy to set up. I have added a second monitor which makes some of my everyday computing much easier when I can see two different things at the same time without having to reduce the size of the data on the screen.

    The computer works great and is much faster than my previous computer. The only downfall with this new computer compared to my older computer is that it does not have a DVD player and a SD card slot, I really miss both and will have to get an external DVD reader and SD card slot.

    Excellent speed, The office 365 gets in the way sometimes because I have my own through work. It keeps wanting me to activate the software. Over all it seems to be a very good computer. Love the screen size.

    I thought it was time to move to Windows 11. This model was recommended by Consumer Reports and looked like it would more than meet my needs. I've been extremely happy with it after "moving in". It's fast and has a large screen. It will take some time to learn some of it's "bells and whistle's" but I'm looking forward to that.

    This HP desk top computer seems to be solving my wife's needs well. The support group at the Port Charlotte, Florida Best Buy went all over themselves to get my wife the computer and her satisfaction. Great job!

    The product was packaged nicely, Install went smoothly. The only weakness is the sound is not as good as my old one and the screen clairty and beauty of colors etc do not match my 5 year old Dell. The only reason i purchased it was that the drive on the Dell failed so I bought a new one as the old win 10 version service life was coming to an end and it didnt make sense to spend money on the old one. The included keyboard had very low profile keys (ie not much distance to push so i didnt know when i hit a key.. and i dont prefer a standard mouse as my hands are so big that it is uncomfortable to use.) the keyboard and mouse both worked fine, I just didnt prefer their design so i ordered logic teck replacements. Cost 29.
