This Dryer has Serious Heat & Blow Power

Shark has released a variation on their Speedstyle Pro dryer series - the FLEX. The box includes the hair dryer, FrizzFighter Finishing Tool, QuickSmooth Brush, Turbo Concentrator, DefrizzFast Diffuser, and quick user guide/paperwork. The monitor comes with a manufacturer's 2-year warranty. PROS: ----------- * Sleek look (champagne gold color). * Bendable head - makes it easy to fold up the hair dryer for storage. Also allows you to use the attachments at the correct angles * Smaller and much lighter weight than my previous "normal bulk" hair dryer * Comes with extra long cord (8-ft) to make it easier to move around the bathroom. * Comes with several attachments to achieve different styles. The attachments are easy to install, and as mentioned above, you can unbend the hair dryer to use the attachments at the best angle for you. I used the smoother near the end of my drying time and it definitely smoothed my hair down, almost like a flat iron. The round brush was useful to curl the ends and provide volume near the crown. The concentrator was helpful on my bangs, especially at taming the cowlick. * Comes with two heat settings and a cool setting plus cool shot. Buttons are easy to use and well positioned. Even on the lower heat setting, I was able to dry my hair in a shorter amount of time than with my previous dryer. I'm hopeful that the shorter drying time plus the cooler temp will help get my hair in a healthier state. * Very strong and intense air flow, which decreased drying time. Airflow was so strong that I was able to hold it further away from my head and still achieved a faster drying rate. * The attachments CLICK into place and will not come off unless the tab on the underneath of the dryer is moved to the unlock position. It's great knowing that the attachment won't fall off over time (like wear and tear issues). CONS: ----------- * Pricey for a hair dryer, but may be worth it over time if my hair's texture and health improves. * Noise level is as loud as prior hair dryers and actually has a high-pitch sound unlike other hair dryers with more girth which I have noticed have lower-pitched motor sounds - I was hoping for a quieter motor at this price point. OTHER OBSERVATIONS: ------------------------ * The hottest air setting is extremely hot. * The plug uses a down configuration which means it will need to be in the bottom plug if something else is to be plugged into the same outlet. CONCLUSION: ===================== Overall, a great high-end hair dryer with a ton of power. I like that it comes with "useful" accessories rather than attachments that I'd never use. Shark does offer more attachments which can be purchased separately which is great. The build of the dryer feels good and doesn't feel cheap. At this price point, for this type of product, you should expect high quality which this machine has. I love the product and would highly recommend. Great job, Shark.

My first impression of the Shark SpeedStyle Pro Flex was its small and light size. The hair dryer is very powerful and has a good, quality feel overall. Its buttons are nice and clicky, and the attachments have a soft, matte-like touch. I especially like the way it can be folded up as well, and the output feels pretty concentrated even without attachments. At just medium speed, the dryer was powerful enough to move the towels hanging far behind me. Personally I found the 'Quick Smooth Brush' helpful for adding volume to the top back of my hair, which tends to get flat from sleeping. That being said, it does get really loud especially at the highest speed setting as some other people have mentioned. Not only is the ‘jet engine noise’ part true, but it’s also a high-pitched sound that can get especially irritating when the dryer is pointed toward the ear area. Another thing is that while using it on the highest heat setting for a while, the bottom of the handle can get warm and any attachment that is used takes longer to cool down than expected. Another thing is that I wish Shark had placed the speed and heat buttons on the opposite side. It’s a bit difficult to see what modes are being used (and also easily accidentally pressed). I have to turn the dryer backward to check, all the while blowing air into whatever is in front of me. The other thing is that the power cord (picture attached) has a big brick attached to it, adding some extra weight to it overall. To me, the power cord and the brick feel like they almost weigh the same as the dryer itself. Small issues aside, overall I feel like I have more control with the Shark SpeedStyle Pro Flex when it comes to drying and styling. The speed, weight, and form factor are why I really enjoy using this hair dryer and look forward to using it more.

The Shark - SpeedStyle™ Pro FLEX is a well-rounded & high quality hair drying system. The build quality is excellent and actually feels like a professional product. The handle swivels for easier, compact storage even though the power cord is extra long. If there was one item that I feel is missing is some sort of a storage pouch for the handheld unit itself. The "system" comes with 4 useful attachments; a frizz smoothing tool, a volume smoothing tool, a diffuser for curly hair and a concentration tool. All of these attachments lock into place with an easy release switch located on the barrel of the dryer. The hair dryer also comes with well engineered controls for both temperature and air speed (velocity). Each control has easy to see LED indicators. There are three speeds, nicely tiered apart and three heat levels - equally "stepped" from low to high. The speed control also has a 4th setting of no heat. In operation, the Shark - SpeedStyle™ Pro FLEX hair dryer is well balanced in the hand and what I would call very ergonomic. The sound character of the Pro FLEX is smooth sounding but does get loud on the highest speed setting. The internal heat element activates fast and switches between all the setting very, very fast as well. Nice job Shark! I think most people will appreciate the extra length of the Pro FLEX power cord, making the system very flexible to use in most usage scenarios. The Scalp Shield feature brings a new level of confidence. Pros: Compact & sturdy Feels like a professional product in the hand & in use Smooth sounding blower motor Good compliment of attachments Xtra long power cord Excellent speed and heat controls with clearly visible LED indicators Scalp Shield Cons: Notables: Shark should have included the storage pouch in this complete package - even if it increased the price by 20 or 30 dollars overall. The fact that it didn't seems like a marketing oversight and feels unfortunate considering the "professional" presentation of this system.

Excellent Hair Dryer for the Household

📦 UNBOXING: Inside the box, you’ll find the SpeedStyle Pro FLEX hair dryer itself, along with 4 attachments. The attachments include the DefrizzFast Diffuser, the QuickSmooth Brush, the Turbo Concentrator, and Frizzfighter Finishing tool. There’s also a picture guide included in the box to help you navigate each attachment, and QR codes that link to video guides if you prefer that route. 💪 BUILD: The first thing I noticed about the SpeedStyle Pro FLEX hair dryer is that it is quite compact in size. It feels durable and of high quality with a metal and plastic build. I like that it “folds” at the handle to make it more compact, so if you need to stow it away or take it during travels, it will consume less space. Although, I do wonder how many times it can fold over before it begins to loosen up. The buttons are also laid out pretty intuitively with the Cool Shot button placed near the top of the handle for easy quick access of cool air, while the power switch, fan speed button and heat button are placed mostly out of reach during operation. I would often hold the handle such that my thumb would be accessible to the Cool Shot button. However, I did find that my pinky finger or ring finger would occasionally press one of these buttons (thus changing the setting) while I was gripping the handle. Based on the product pictures, I think Shark wants you to hold it so that you use your index finger to press the Cool Shot button—which is like most other hair dryers. This shouldn’t be much of an issue for most people unless you tend to grip the handle really tight. Also, cleaning the air filter is a breeze. Simply rotate the cap on the back , and you can then remove the air filter, clean it out or replace it. Not every hair dryer makes it this easy, so it’s nice to see that maintenance is easy. 📎 ATTACHMENTS: The attachments are made of a heat-tolerant plastic. They’re lightweight, easy to attach, and thanks to the detachment switch, they’re also really easy to remove. In the picture guide, they do also indicate where they are cool to touch so you can quickly remove the attachments without needing to wait for them to cool down. When connecting an attachment, start with the power off. Connect the attachment at the tip of the hair dryer, and it should lock in place automatically. When powering on, the IQ light will turn green to indicate it detects which attachment is connected, and it’ll adjust to the recommended settings. You can adjust the settings for each attachment, but “IQ mode” is Shark’s recommended settings for each attachment. Each attachment is designed to address certain circumstances. The DefrizzFast Diffuser helps those with wavy, curly and coily hair obtain well-defined natural curls. The QuickSmooth Brush helps volumize and smooth your hair for a straight style. The Turbo Concentrator helps for precise, fast drying by creating a concentrated air pathway and lends better to straight styles. And the Frizzfighter Finishing Tool quickly smoothens any flyaways on dry or straight hair to create a polished, high-gloss finish. 🧠 IQ MODE: Another IQ mode capability explained in the guide is the Scalp Shield mode. By holding the heat button for a few seconds, the IQ light will turn blue, and it will adjust the settings to prevent your scalp from experiencing extreme heat. One thing that is less intuitive is how to get back to IQ mode for any given attachment, if you decided to change fan speed or heat. You can always toggle back to the original IQ speed and heat settings, then the IQ mode will illuminate again, but if you forgot which settings those were, you can always disconnect then reconnect the attachment while powered on, and it’ll re-engage IQ mode. 🔥 DRYING & STYLING: In my testing, drying is fast—especially for short hair, but it’s also quite good for long hair, as well. For those with short hair, the Scalp Shield might be one of the more used features of the SpeedStyle Pro FLEX. And the Cool Shot button was also useful for a bit of styling without drying. For straightening longer curly hair, the QuickSmooth brush is your go-to and works quite well without over-drying. Those with longer and/or thicker hair should obviously expect their hair to take longer to dry, but the SpeedStyle Pro FLEX will absolutely accelerate the drying process while also helping you style. 🧐 CONCLUSION: Overall, I can recommend the Shark SpeedStyle Pro FLEX hair dryer system for any household. While I’m no professional, I think that anybody who uses a hair dryer will enjoy using this to dry their hair safely, volumize and stylize in a shorter period of time compared to many other traditional methods.

One of the Best Personal Dryers I've Used!

The Shark SpeedStyle Pro Flex is something I like and would be great for any home use. It should be noted that I’m looking at this through the lens of a professional stylist, however, so please take that into consideration. The SpeedStyle Pro Flex is a high-quality package. It comes with the hair dryer itself, four attachments and a user guide. Each attachment has a link to a user guide for it. It’s lighter than a professional dryer and it’s easier to hold. I’m not a fan of the bulky power box on the lengthy cord, but I understand it’s how they’ve removed size and weight from what you’re holding. The little details in this blow dryer do not go unnoticed. Something simple like having a Velcro strap to keep the cord coiled neatly along with the folding handle really helps to make this dryer compact and easier to store. The dryer itself has the handle fold around so it’s even smaller to store (or pack). The attachments click into place easily and stay secure while styling your hair. Swapping them out is user friendly by using the release button near the nozzle. Each attachment will automatically adjust to the appropriate air flow and heat setting (referred to as the IQ Styling setting), making it easy and convenient to swap out during styling. Both features are great, as I’ve had issues in the past with attachments popping off or being too hot to swap out – this is an area where the SpeedStyle shines. The IQ Styling setting was easy to use and turned out to be my favorite setting when using the DeFrizz Fast diffuser attachment. It kept the heat comfortable against my scalp while styling my curls. The diffuser is probably my favorite diffuser I have used. The adjustable prongs make it easy to adjust root to tip styling and the shape of the diffuser cups the right amount of hair without making it frizzy. I kept the prongs extended and it dried my short shoulder length hair easily while enhancing my wave/curl pattern. I prefer using a concentrator when blow drying my hair straight and the Turbo Concentrator was easy to use and dried my hair quickly. The Frizzfighter finishing tool actually does what it claims! It tamed my flyaways while leaving my hair shiny and smooth. I still had some small flyaways near my roots but overall, it worked well and made an improvement to my frizz. My least favorite attachment is the QuickSmooth brush. Having to keep tension on my hair with one hand while brushing with the attachment was not easier than using a traditional round brush and did not smooth out my hair the way I wanted. It did not feel as user friendly or intuitive as the other attachments. I used it on two sections before giving up and switching to something else. I can't imagine using it on my whole head. As for the noise level, the dryer on the low fan setting is very quiet. However, there is a low-pitched whine from the motor that can be heard. It’s not enough of a nuisance for me to stop using it daily, but it is something noticeable and could be bothersome to some people. Overall, as someone who regularly uses professional blowdryers, I’m very impressed with the SpeedStyle Pro Flex. It’s not perfect, but it’s compact size, ease of use, and the quality attachments with the IQ Styling settings have made this my new daily hair dryer for personal use.

Powerful, Easy to Use Hair Dryer w/ Great Features

The SpeedStyle Pro Flex has a great feature set, easy to use controls, and lots of power. Design The SpeedStyle Pro Flex has what I think looks like a minimal design, not lacking, but efficient. There's a cylindrical handle attached to another cylinder that has the fan and the heating element. The handle has an on/off switch and three buttons. There are indicator LEDs to show which settings are enabled. I think the weight is fine, not heavy at all, and it's very comfortable to hold for use. The handle folds down, parallel with the fan and heating element cylinder. There's also an "IQ" indicator to show when that's on - more about it later. There's a filter on the back of the top cylinder that's very easy to remove and should be easy to clean. There's a circuit breaker in the plug that goes into the wall, it's a larger plug because of that, and there's also a power brick on the cord. Please see the attached picture showing those. I think the cord length is very good at 8 feet. Controls I found the controls to be very easy to use. Part of that is the fact that it's easy to see what they do and how they're set - thanks to the LEDs. I'm very glad they used an on/off switch instead of holding down a button to turn it on and off. The fan speed and air temperature buttons are three-way toggles. The buttons are easy to press when you want to, but not too easy. I haven't accidently changed any settings or turned it off while using it. The "IQ Styling" uses the recommended settings for the attachment you connect, which I think is a pretty cool feature. You can hold down the temperature button for a few seconds to turn on "Scalp Protect". There's a button in the trigger position for "Cool Shot" - it's on while you hold it down. Features - "Cool Shot" - Hold down this button, where you would expect a trigger to be, and it will quickly turn off the heat and just act as a fan. Release the button and it quickly returns to the previous temperature setting. - "Scalp Protect" - If you press and hold the temperature button it turns on "Scalp Protect" which keeps the temperature hot, but at a temperature that will not hurt your scalp. There's an "IQ" light that lights up when this is on along with the lowest heat setting light turning blue, instead of the normal red. In this mode it checks and adjusts the temperature 1,000 times per second in order to maintain the correct temperature. - Folding - I love the way you can fold the handle. That makes it much easier to store. I could see some people buying this just because of the way it folds. - Powerful Fan – There are three available settings. On the highest setting it’s very strong. I think the three available options provide a great range. I didn't feel like I needed or wanted more choices for the fan speed. - Fast, hot heat - It heats up very quickly, I would say in a few seconds, and the highest setting is very hot, more than I like. There are two lower temp settings as well as off, for the fan with no heat. There's also "Scalp Protect" mode and "Cool Shot" for a quick on/off fan only mode when you hold down the button. As with the fan, I liked the available options and didn't need or want more. - "IQ Styling" Automatic attachment settings - see below. - Remembers the last used setting and uses it the next time it's turned on Attachments The SpeedStyle Pro Flex includes these four attachments: - FrizzFighter - QuickSmooth Brush - Turbo Concentrator - DefrizzFast Diffuser When you connect an attachment, "IQ Styling" will automatically recognize which one it is and set the fan speed and air temperature settings to the recommended level for that attachment. The "IQ" light on the handle will light up and stay illuminated as long as it's set to the recommended setting. The attachments snap in and are released with a switch, which I like much better than a friction based connection. Connecting and removing attachments is easy and they stay in as they should. Does it dry hair Yes! It works great! The high powered fan combined with the high heat does the job. The highest setting is hotter than is comfortable for me. I actually like using Scalp Protect, at least when not using an attachment. Summary The SpeedStyle Pro Flex is a feature rich hair dryer that nails the basics, has advanced features, and is easy to use. You have very high fan speed and heat if you want them and plenty of other options if you don't. I love the way you can always see what it's set to. I think it's very comfortable to hold and works great!

Fantastic Shark SpeedStyle Pro Flex Hair System

My wife had been wanting a new hairdryer so we decided to upgrade to the Shark Speedstyle Pro FLEX Hair Dryer system. Here is what she likes about it: I am not the best at styling my hair, so I was curious to use all of the different attachments. I like the small, sleek design and love how it folds up for storage and travel. The attachments go on very easily and are easy to remove for change. I liked how I can adjust the heat levels or move it to cool (Scalp Shield) to protect my scalp and hair. The airflow is quite forceful and dries my hair quickly. I used each of the attachments with good success on all of them, here is a breakdown of each: The DefrizzFast Diffuser did a good job with my naturally wavy hair. It dried fast, leaving soft waves that were not frizzy. The diffuser was easy to attach and remove. It also has adjustable prongs, which I have not had on other diffusers. The Turbo Concentrator concentrates the air in a smaller area so that I can style and dry at the same time. I used this to dry my hair completely and at the end I paired it with my hairbrush to turn under the ends. I used the Express Touchup Brush to dry and style my hair and was impressed with the result. I had never used a styling brush with a hair dryer before and was impressed with the volume and smoothness of my hair when I was done. I was happy to not have to use a curling iron to finish my hair. Finally, the RapidGloss Finisher was the attachment that most surprised me. I did not believe that it would smooth my hair as advertised. This attachment was very easy to use. I just put it to my head and rolled it down the length of my hair. I was amazed! It totally smoothed my hair, and I had used no smoothing product on it before drying it. I could not believe how smooth and shiny my hair was! I was very happy that I did not have to use a flat iron to finish my hair. The only negative was the level and pitch of the noise. It is higher pitched than my other dryer and took a little bit of getting used to this. Overall, the loudness was probably equal, it’s just that this is a smaller, sleeker design is most likely why the pitch is higher. Overall, I was very impressed with this dryer and look forward to using all of the different attachments. She is one happy camper with this new hair dryer/styler, especially with that RapidGloss finisher attachment, even I noticed how smooth her hair was after using it. I would recommend this to others!

I purchased this hair dryer on a whim when my ancient one kicked the bucket, and I am SO glad that I did! The ONLY “con” that I have found so far is that the cord is bulky. Other than that, it’s amazing! It’s much quieter than my old dryer was, which is a definite plus, right out of the box. I’m a curly girl, so of COURSE I use the diffuser attachment all the time. My hair is dry quickly, without a lot of heat, and my curls are bouncier and shinier. I also don’t get a lot of arm fatigue because it is lightweight. This was a huge plus when I decided to give myself a blowout the other day with the brush and smoothing attachments. I kid you not, I went from wet to sleek in under 20 minutes! I also love that I can fold it and pack it away when I’m not using it, since my dressing table area is small. All of the features this dryer has will have you passing up the more expensive competition. I will recommend this to anyone that asks, in a heartbeat.

I love the Shark - SpeedStyle™ Pro FLEX Professional Performance High-Velocity Hair Dryer System. It is smaller than other brand dryers and it is more than just a hair dryer. It styles , smooths and lifts my hair depending on the attachment I choose. It took some practice to learn how to use all the attachments. However there is a manual that comes with the system that explains how to use each attachment to get the desired results. So I practiced and practiced until I got the look I wanted. Now it is second nature to dry and style at the same time. There are asl QR codes on the tools, box and such that will show you more ways to use. The dryer is smaller than most hair dryers. It is perfect for my small aging hands. I don’t hit myself in the head trying to use it like I do my larger dryers. The attachments are easy to put on and lock once they are properly attached so they don’t randomly go flying to the floor while I am using it. It is easy to unlock them when I am finished. There is a button you slide to unlock. The dryer itself is easy to fold for travel and unfold for use by just twisting in the direction it says on the dryer. The controls are all explained in the enclosed manual. There are four attachments enclosed: 1. FrizzFighter Finishing Tool 2. Quick Smooth Brush 3. Turbo Concentrator 4. DefrizzFast Diffuser I have not used this one yet. I love my Shark Speed style Pro Flex and my hair has never looked better. It is amazing the results when you have the correct tool.

After spending some time with this product, I have to say that I was blown away by the power of the Shark SpeedStyle Pro FLEX hairdryer. Even though it is relatively small, this unit has been a joy to use because it is simply so powerful. This hairdryer is very easy to use; it fits comfortably in your hand; and allows quick switching between hands due to its light weight. It has three heat settings and three air speeds: of course, you can turn off the heat for cool air. This hairdryer came with four great attachments. A button must be pressed to remove the attachments, which is nice because I tend to bump them, and without a release button they would fall off. Now for the fun part: when you press and hold the temperature button for 2 seconds, the IQ symbol and heat LED will turn blue, indicating that you have enabled the Scalp Shield Mode—no more burned scalp! What a game changer! I even used the hairdryer in the Scalp Shield Mode to dry snowballs from my mini-golden doodle’s fur! The build quality on the Shark SpeedStyle is exceptional. Everything feels well made, and it seems like Shark has created a very nice product with some great functionality. Finally, the size of this hairdryer is PERFECT for travel! It fits nicely in a carry-on bag or checked luggage—no more using a wimpy hotel hairdryer! So, if you’re ready to be blown away—check out the SpeedStyle Pro FLEX hairdryer by Shark!

This Shark Blow Dryer system is crazy in demonstrating how far this mature technology has advanced. I haven't really paid attention to these things but my wife was super excited when I asked her if she would like this Hair Dryer. She had seen some reviews from a competitor and was super impressed with the functionality and technology involved. We also have young children who will be using this sooner than later, so the fact it is light, has heat limiting settings and doesn't have heat elements and coils exposed is something that excited us. All you have to do is hold the Heat button for 2 seconds to enable the Heat Shield setting which limits temps that can damage hair. There's also 4 different attachments and simple instructions to style hair when wet. Just dry to 80% wetness, then choose one of the attachments that can help curl hair, straighten and flatten hair, or straighten and add volume to hair. Finally, the Frizzfighter finishing tool uses high tech and ions to help wrangle fly-aways and gives hair that perfect finishing touch. Wife was super impressed and while she won't use the advanced features daily, it helps her get ready for work much faster, and also lets her style her hair for date nights. I'm sure our young daughters will also enjoy using it eventually, but who knows maybe by then Shark will have a robo stylist to help evolve home hair care even further!!!

I remember the days when hair dryers were the size of a basketball and weighed as much as a brick. Now I don't use all the features of any hair dryer, I do help my wife with her hair. So I do appreciate all the options available. To begin, this hair dryer is lightweight and small and the folding option make for easy storage especially when traveling. There are four included attachments with the option for two additional sold separately. Basic functions of the hair dryer include multiple heat or no heat settings and multiple blower speeds. It could easily push air across a 10 foot room! Speaking of the heat settings, the system will not let it get above 230 degrees. Have you ever been burned? Not with this one! There is a lot of technology built into this device that frankly I don't understand but can say, it works! One thing that is very cool, no pun intended, are the QR codes on each attachment. Scan the code and it will take you to videos on how to use the particular attachment. Overall, this hair dryer covers all the bases for almost anyone and I would guess even a professional.

While my wife and I both wanted a new hair dryer. We did not want it for the same reason. Enter the Shark SpeedStyle Pro FLEX. Her needs wanted it for the diffuser and additional styling attachments. I just wanted this for it's size and overall abundant airflow. I think we are both happy. Her review: Where do I start? The Sharp Speed Style Pro Flex is a game changer! First I love that it comes with attachments , I was able to pick out the styler I wanted with the attachments that I thought would fit best for my needs and my husbands. I picked the one with a diffuser. The Styler itself ( as a blow dryer ) is so powerful ! I was shocked at how hot it got and how much pressure of wind you get out of this little blow dryer. The diffuser is amazing, I have wanted a diffuser for the longest time as I have naturally curly hair, I was skeptical if it would work being as it is so small , boy was I wrong! It surpassed my expectations and worked amazingly . My hair now has so much volume and curl that it looks as though I went to a salon ( no Joke). One thing to add is the amount of time it took to style my hair was about 15 minutes including using my hair products . My husband too said he noticed a difference in the volume look as well. A little background on me is that I am a 53 year old female with medium hair volume. My, guy review: As far as hair dryers go this is likely far more a hair styling tool than just a means to dry your hair. Air flow is far higher than any model I have used in the past. As a guy who tinkers in a workshop, this has so much force on high, I would compare it more to shop air for removing dust or debris. Luckily it can be dialed down to far less of a blast and more of a warm/hot breeze. Since I only have a beard and shorter hair. This is all I need, it quickly gets hair dry or set when I use a touch of gel or hair spray. And given how small and compact the dryer is. It can easily be tucked away in a drawer or in the nice holster we have on the side of a cabinet. Also, it has a very long cord (8ft+), nearly double our last dryer. Just know that it has a inline power brick that hangs about a foot below the plug. Wish it didn't, but at least there is several more feet of cord past that to give you room to move in case your outlet is not directly in front of where you dry your hair. Several heat/cool settings and 3 air flow speeds. It's a great little dryer. Fairly quiet with a bit higher pitch sound. Most importantly, the wife loves it, and with 4 attachments for her to poof up her hair the way she likes.

Hair dryers have seemingly had the same look and design forever, but there have been some updates in tech recently. This includes the new Shark Speedstyle Pro Flex Hairdryer that has really been a great new tool to use! PROS: - Unboxing this, I was seriously impressed with how small it is. It has a really nice cutting edge look, it easily fits in the palm of your hand when you are holding the handle, and its super compact when folded closed. - Along with that, it comes with some nice accessories like the frizzfighter finishing tool, the quick smooth brush, the defrizzfast diffuser, and the turbo concentrate attachments. All 4 of the attachments serve their purpose wonderfully and add increased versatility to this dryer. - Of course the dryer itself is a mix of really powerful heat a lot quieter. The hot air blasts out of the hair dryer you would think you were holding something way bigger but this one really does the job well and is definitely a salon quality dryer. Very impressed with this! - It also has a cool Scalp Shield feature. This feature when turned on will adjust temp to help protect your scalp from overheating and provides a nice level or safety while maintaining high performance. - Overall I just felt this dryer delivered less frizz when using and it turns out it was designed for that! This is built to release negative ions to help for smoother hair, and it did feel noticeable different than when I used my last older dryer. CONS: - None I can see so far, really works wonders! BOTTOM LINE: - Hair Dryers are a very common use in our house and having one that does a great job but feels modern goes a long way. The Shark Speedstyle Pro FLEX Hairdryer has been an excellent addition. It is super small, yet very powerful, very versatile, and just gets the job done with less frizz. I think this will be a nice hit in the hair dryer world and lots will enjoy it!

So I will attempt to keep this review short and sweet. For starters I had been eyeballing this dryer since before the New Year and I decided to cave in and give it a go. For reference my dryer for the past 2 years has been my Dyson Supersonic. After using this dryer for a little over a month I can honestly say it is worth it. Genuinely. There are truly no cons for me. The scalp shield mode is perfect, and I don't ever use the normal temperatures on the dryer, but they can be perfect for those who want an even quicker drying experience however even with scalp shield mode my drying is significantly fast. The diffuser attachment with the adjustable prongs is perfect for long or short curls. The list goes on. I have not grabbed my Dyson Supersonic since purchasing my Shark if that tells you anything. The price is reasonable, the design is perfect for me, and as for the biggest issue people had with the dryer which was complaints about the sound, I can tell no difference between the Dyson or the Shark. The sound is perfectly fine to me! :) As a final sign off for this review which I rarely ever do reviews for anything. I wanted to be of assistance to those who were teeter tottering the idea or questioning whether they should invest in the Dyson vs Shark. As well as what having both is like and which one I personally gravitate towards more. My definition and volume is spectacular and I say go for the Shark. You won't be disappointed I feel confident to say so.

This hair dryer dries hair faster than the traditional one. I like all the different attachments. I have used two of them so far, and they work well. They are easy to attach and remove after use. I also like that the hair dryer folds up for easy storage. I plan on getting this hair dryer for my niece's graduation gift.

I cant say enough good things about this Shark hair dryer! As someone with fine, wavy hair, findibg the right hair dryer has always been a challenge - until now. This dryer striker the perfect balance between power and care. The high-velocity airflow dries my hair in record time without ever feeling like its too harsh or causing damage. The settings are super versatile, allowing me to tailor the heat and airflow to suit my hair's needs. I love how it enhances my natural waves, leaving them smooth and frizz-free, without weighing them down. Its leightweight, ergonomic, and incredibly easy to use, which is an added bonus with 3 young girls in the house. If ypu have fine, wavy hair like me,or any other kind of hair, I highly recommend this dryer - it delivers salon-quality results every time!
